A full month later. Still no refund. R516 is a lot of money to me. Stop *****ing money from people!!!!
Myiq.com stole R516 from my bank account on Tuesday. It is now Saturday. I am waiting.......
I wish I could get a minus 10 black stars option. These ******* should be shut down. I paid R16, once off, to receive an IQ report. I did NOT subscribe to anything, Suddenly, at month end, R 516 is debited off my account. I am LIVID. I contacted Capitec ***** immediately who were very kind and helpful. I emailed iq.com in the USA and blasted them for theft. They gave me a weak apology and promised to send the funds back, but it may take a few days, A few days? First you ***** from me, and now I must wait? How many other unsuspecting people is this happening to? They obviously hope that someone will not notice the debit from their account. Disgusting.

I have been meaning to post this review for ages. I just wanted to say that as someone who has shopped at many Crazy Stores around SA, the most friendly, happy and helpful team has to be the staff in Montagu. They always greet with a smile and are always helpful. Thank you for the happy energy!
I wish I wasn't writing this, but here I am. I first used Checkers 60/60 a few years ago and my experience was very bad so I thought, never again. The order was for a specific cat food for my elderly cat and it wasn't correct. So. Today I ordered some beer for a friend in a different city and I found the App to be a terrible User Experience. It doesn't flow at all and it's confusing. I had to cancel and redo my order and it was annoying frustrating. An example of a brilliant App is Mr Delivery. I moved across the country, so I haven't used it for two years, but I did order a lot for many years and it was The Perfect App. Checkers 60/60 needs to work on their App!!
17 March 2025 I write this with a heavy, exhausted heart. I took out a router contract with MTN in August 2024. The speed was not fast enough, so I upgraded to the fastest option router possible. The service in my area was still slow, I still could not perform my job adequately, so I moved over to Vodacom (works perfectly- no issues at all). So. Cancelled router on 18 September 2024. Courier collected router from my house on 23 September 2024. Since then, I have received monthly bills, reminders, threats of being reported to credit bureaus, I HAVE been reported to credit bureau and NO ONE CAN HELP ME. I have lost count how many times I have emailed MTN. I have a novel of texts to MTN on Facebook Messenger from 8 October 2024 till today, 17 March 2025. I have phoned many different numbers, and I am lucky if I ever get to talk to a human being. Even if I do get a human, they pass me on to a phone number that only has automated options. Asking over and over again. (1) Remove me from your system so I don't receive bills. (2) Remove my reported name from ALL the credit bureaus. What is this MTN? Do I have to lay a ******** charge against you to get a reaction? I am dumbfounded by this behaviour!!
MTN. I don't know what else to do. I am still getting bills from you. I do not owe you anything! Now threats about being reported to the credit bureau. I have sent so many requests to ask you to update your system - no - it doesn't happen. I cancelled my router and it was collected from me on 23 SEPTEMBER 2024. PLEASE fix this!!!!
22 January 2025 MTN. I cannot believe I am here on HelloPeter again. I cancelled and returned my router in September 2024 as your signal did not work in my area. I am still receiving emails threatening that you will contact credit bureaus if I don't pay my monthly fee, and asking for payment. When will you leave me in peace???? What has happened to customer service?
