FNB Took my money
I had my fnb account debited on the 20th of December instead of the 26th of every month, without my permission. I queried this with my premier banker Portia and she said that her manager Rethabile will contact me. That was at 7am this morning and I am still waiting. How can fnb just take our money without our permission. And they refuse to refund my money today. I am sure that I am not the only person that fnb has done this to.

OUT OF THIS WORLD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Wow what an amazing hardware store with staff who delights in assisting you with great smiles and enthusiasm everywhere you turn. We went in to buy some timber and was dazzle with such helpful staff, whilst browsing around we saw an attachment tool but couldnt find the size we wanted, the staff were very helpful. We made our purchase and drove out the parking, only to see a very kind staff running behind us and even came into the road to flag us down to tell us that they found the item we wanted. Unbeknownst to us they went searching for it in their store room and even gave it to us at a discounted price.. we were speechless and still sooooooo stunned at service that over and beyond anything we could've imagined. thank you Doug's hardware.

Badly rusting XPANDA gate
I Bought an xpanda gate less than 1 year ago from Builders Manaba in the South Coast of KZN which is rusting badly. I mailed xpanda but no response. XPANDA PLS CALL ME TO ASSIST IN THIS VERY EXPENSIVE BADLY BADLY RUSTING GATE

TERRIBLY NO SERVICE BUILDERS WAREHOUSE
bought a xpanda gate less than 1 year ago from Builders Manaba in the South Coast of KZN which is rusting. I called the Builders Warehouse a customer Care line and spoke to a very unfriendly Consultant who was also very rude. REF. NO. 1555106, Spoken to LUTHO on customer care line. Who said that that Builders Warehouse don't have a guarantee on rusting and he refused to give me name and his surname I had to beg him for a reference number for the call, which he finally gave as REF. NO. 1555106 and whilst speaking to him, he ended the call. Please can someone call me about this rusting gate.

XPANDA GATE RUSTED less than 1 year, NO SERVICE

TERRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER CARE LUNE AGENT LUTHO
Good day I bought a xpanda trellis gate less than 1 year ago from Builders Manaba in the South Coast of KZN which is rusting. I called the Builders Warehouse a customer Care line on Sunday 28th April at 2.30pm and spoke to a very unfriendly Consultant who was also very rude. Spoken to LUTHO on customer care line. Who said that that Builders Warehouse don't have a guarantee on rusting and he refused to give me name and his surname and had to beg him for a reference number for the call, which he finally gave as REF. NO. 1555106 and whilst speaking to him, asking to speak to his Supervisor or Manager, he ended the call.
