I was at your Cresta branch this morning, and I am quite upset about your security guard (the lady with the short hair that patrols the store - I didn't get her name) that was on duty today. I am grateful that Dis-Chem has good security and makes sure that customers are safe, but am not pleased with the fact that I cannot shop in peace without feeling like a criminal. The fact that the security guard followed me all around the store and stared at me the entire time, made me feel anxious and made me feel guilty of doing something that I would never do. I felt extremely uncomfortable and judged. If she had a problem with me, she could have come up to me and spoken about the issue she had, instead of stalking me and following me around the store. I spend a lot of money at Dis-Chem on a weekly basis and your staff know me at Cresta. I did not appreciate being treated like a criminal today and I gave her no reason whatsoever to make her assume that I was committing some sort of criminal act. I will be shopping at clicks from now on. Due to poor treatment from staff, you have now lost a client and will lose more clients if this kind of treatment continues.
I went to your Cresta store this morning to purchase a new phone as MTN does have amazing offers.. unfortunately due to your staff being so rude and unhelpful, I will not set foot into another store again. The woman who I spoke to this afternoon (12. 30pm on 28 May 2018 at Cresta mall next to Wimpy) made me feel so unwelcome and so unworthy, that sadly MTN has lost a client and - with staff like her - you will probably lose more than 1 client too. Vodacom is officially my new service provider.
So disappointed that Outsurance forced me to use Collision Pros panel beaters after my accident. I have paid and used Outsurance for years.. they have pushed me aside like I'm scum. I have never in my entire life dealt with such poor service than I have from their "amazing" panel beater. Between demanding cash from me BEFORE assembling my car (which Outsurance should have sorted out) to taking a month to fix my car (which I was told 7 days max) to giving my car back to me with broken windscreen wipers, a messed up radiator and the entire car being filthy dirty to "accidentally" missing the fact that my shocks were completely smashed from the accident (which the assessor from Outsurance didn't see apparently) - forcing me to fork out another R4000+ cash to fix them somewhere else.. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE and I am extremely disappointed with Outsurance.

Please could someone kindly explain this to me: For the past 3 months I have had an on going battle with Vodacom. I have been to several stores, phoned many many times and emailed regularly. Why is it SO DIFFICULT TO CANCEL MY FULLY PAID UP CONTRACT? I was due for an upgrade but I decided to pay my contract finished and cancel it. My money and data has already been taken by Vodacom several times, and now that I am choosing to go to another network - you REFUSE to cancel my contract? This morning I got a phone call telling me that Vodacom will be "handing me over" as I have not paid my contract (that I have cancelled a million times). My contract was paid up in FULL and CANCELLED on the day (as well as several times after that) of my last payment and now I get this news? This is NOT fair. The customer service with Vodacom is pathetic and no one gives a **** when we need help or assistance.

I am very disappointed in the service at Vodacom today. I have paid off my contract and have needed an upgrade since May 2017. They blatantly refuse to help me and are always rude. There has been a different issue since May. I phoned the Vodacom legal department within last week and the lady that I spoke to also couldn't understand why they refuse to help me. Ready to cancel my 6 year contract.

The data usuage for Cell C is crazy. I have gone through way more than data than any acquaintance or friend I have spoken to who are on other networks. I hardly use apps when I'm not connected to wifi yet my data is disappearing insanely quick. The fact that the whatsapp and facebook are "free" doesnt work on my number either.

I am utterly horrified by the sevice I received from the American Swiss branch at Cresta Mall store yesterday. For me to be asked if I "could afford it" - purely based on my appearance - is not only disgustingly rude and judgemental but it gives the store and staff a bad name and reputation. With unacceptable and unnecessary service like that, I guarantee that this will lose clients very quickly. I expect this to be taken care of accordingly.
