Always had great service from them until the last 3 weeks It has been disgusting to say the least Actually NO SERVICE You cannot speak to anyone besides the call center personal and then the audacity to send a request how's my service when nothing is done
Incompetence personified I requested a cancellation of my land line and my complete service was cancelled including my fiber I have called begged written emails and no one gets back to me Excuses excuses and promises all the time and still no fiber access and with the festive period I doubt i will get connected before the new year Talking to Telkom is much like asking Covid to stop tomorrow Oh what they were great at is sending my account for next year
Received an sms this morning that I subscribed to FREAKAPPS at 0200 this morning IMPOSSIBLE Cancelled immediately and tried to call the number ********** 618 Cannot get through MTN and WASPA WHAT IS happening? My MYN account has just been debited for R312-00 plus VAT for a subscription through BASEBONE for CLABME which I have not subscribed to All the call centres were great in telling me what to do NOW I have to try and get my money back What troubles me is I never subscribed to this is the first place I thought as MTN subscribers we were protected
