Nobuhle and Gugu both ladies.GUGU lied and told me they would call me back and give me feedback on the status on my claim and she didnt. Nobuhle gave me soo much attitude and even hang up the phone on me,because she was ready to knock off and no one was willing to help me. PMD is dragging my claim for whatever reason since November there is no feedback. I have never missed an instalment because i would like them to do their job when i need it. I want this resolved asap .
I WAS REGISTERED WITH THE COLLEGE IN 2020. I PAID THEM EVERY CENT YET THEY KEEP SENDING ME TEXTS ABOUT OUTSTANDING BALANCE. THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEIR MAIL BOX IS FULL, HOW THEN SHOULD WE RESOLVE SUCH MATTERS.REMOVE ME FROM YOUR DATA BASE I DONT OWE YOU.
NDODA from Vosloorus who is a store manager bumped into my car Lewis together with ****** Attorneys have failed to get hold of this guy for investigation till this day when the matter has been known to them from September .. I NEED MY CAR FIXED GUYS ASAP
MAT12833: they received a claim from Lewis furniture store in October and its closer to December now and they haven't done anything to get hold of the guy they need to do the investigation and finish with my claim.. very incompetent no care whatsoever
Store manager S.Ndoda bumped my car using Lewis company car in September, he was at fault and a police report was done, he has not made contact and has soo much attitude and disrespect. i went to the store after many attempts to contact this guy so he can fix my car ,a lady by the name of Charmain offered to help, till this day nothing has been done and no one is saying anything .I'm at a point where this matter will just be sent to my lawyer and see who is the fool now. very disgusting arrogant store manager .
I made a purchase online for a flight last yr ,which was for the comrades marathon. Due to covid i was given a voucher to use within 12 months. I sent them an email on the 5th January 2021 and still didn't receive feedback about cancelation. now i go online and it says i will not get a refund because its less that 45 days before it expires. I want my money back thats all ..
I've had a policy with Old mutual for over 7 yrs, i want my money back and they keep telling me its pending since 2019.
For the 4th time FNB i want my money. I've requested that you investigate the Ewallet matter ,I've sent emails to you and till this day this December 2018 matter is not resolved. Catherine and David you both received my emails and felt its cute to ignore them . This is getting out of hand i want my money .R800 will not just go down the drain like that. I ordered a size 4 sneaker online and on arrival the box said size 4 ,but inside it was a size 5 ,n ow I've requested for this to be collected for a refund and I've asked this 4 times already its almost 3 weeks and still no one has picked the shoes up. Please don't think you smart with me. its not my problem that you guys cant read sizes on online orders, i don't want this size 5 sneaker i want my money back.
FNB still hasn't responded to my query of December 2018 and i need that resolved R800 is a lot of money for me to let it go down the drain Cynthia is sitting with my emails and not responding.
