I started making enquiries to Emirates Holidays in SA and because of the sum of money to be spent for a 2 week holiday i had a couple of enquiries and followups to my initial request for a quotation. After contacting Emirates Global to follow up as to why the agent hasnt bothered responding to my enquiries for booking they said its in the hands of SA Emirates Office and they cannot help. I emailed global again asking them to please refer this matter to SA office so that my booking isnt delayed. Its now about a month and still no moving forward. Ive emailed again now and hoping for a response..... DOnt get me wrong i have flown more than enough on EMirates to always come back but this is not "Okay"
For over a month now Herotel has had outages,down for maintenance to supposedly offer a better service (Which has been a regular thing every month for past 2 years or longer) connection is so unstable. Getting hold of anyone on whatsapp support is useless as you log a quiry takes over half an hour to answer and by then you havent responded immediately then you thrown out of the chat again. Completely useless and now you bound by the new fibre 50 mg line for 2 years. I want to change but now have to wait. This is like hijacking your finances bound by **** speed and inconsistency! Always excuse after excuse on the facebook page. Now they want to do an increase on the rate as well when they cant even sort their connectivity issues out!!!!!!!!!!!
Last year made a "Successful" payment through the truworths paylink and never reflected on my account,guess what same thing happened today,the day im sent a statement is the same day the payment is due. I called customer services and im told not to worry it takes 3 days to clear,never mind last year it never ever cleared and i made a 2nd payment. Useless when my credit record is at stake! ***** your accounts department!
Hi ive bought a few of your tools and really brilliant in terms of price and quality. Only issue is the heater gun that actually serves no purpose whatsoever it actually lays here and i may as well throw it away. Just in the back of my bakkie and never use it for my electrical heat shrink applications i rather use my electrical heat gun. I understand a battery will never compare with 230VAC but rather take the heat gun off the market!
Bought a "Bakgat" Fibreglass Canopy 1st review ....Ok experience. Affordable products. Even open on a Saturday to accommodate me. 1 month later review: flap pistons keep popping off , seems bad design too much angled pressure and not good seating of ball brackets. The locks on the flap don't lock because their is a cut out of the fibreglass where the rubber runs over so now the rubber pulled loose and the canopy can't lock Welcome to shyte service and even shyter products Tried contacting and discussing the issue then I'm advised to drive from Citrusdal to Parow to have a look at it. I said I'll buy other gas struts to see if that makes a difference and they said that's ok but not offer me any other resolution After weeks of trying to sort this issue I'm cable tying the gas strut in place . The weather seals are also coming off The roof racks were loose when I tried for first time ****py workmanship ****py product Just looks nice Oh by the way the gentleman that I liased with left the company and sent me a message saying how *** the product is
Malmesbury selling old rotten pork fillets,im supposed to drive back with rotten pork even though butchery admitted there was a supplier issue. Lettuce rotten under the plastic facing downwards. Doughnut section doesnt seem to care about flies in their windows. Now N1 City branch selling rotten baby marrows also under plastic wrapping facing down,fungus mouldy baby marrows. Ive actually had it with bothering reporting back to you and phoning and wasting my time now im highlighting it here. I rather not even bother shopping at FLM anymore!
Useless financial services,keep getting called after my pre approved Woolies Card and then when i answer the phone is put down in my face. After the entire week somebody actually talks to me today and when i said wow finally i get to talk to someone then she puts the phone down in my face again. How the hell do you people run a business. If this is how your level of "Professionality" works then rather keep your card i dont want it. Imagine trying to get hold of your finacial services dept to lodge an issue!!!!!!!!! Absolute ****py service!
Sales Person totally not interested in after sales service. No interest in meeting customer expectations and isnt shy of mentioning it either. After over 3 years of supporting Flash i am moving away purely out of business ethics . If you cannot be respectful of your client or business support i will no longer support you! The sad part if that after complaining nobody has even bothered getting back to me to try and resolve issues. Other businesses have mentioned the same regarding Flash's service so it comes as no surprise.
Absolutely flipping useless. I am reviewing after trying to sort out issues with them not prior to doing so. Customer service is non existent. Wait forever for any feedback and after feedback hope it doesnt take another week to sort out. I see this company failing big time. rather order from takealot , Temu or Shein.
