After sales support are non existent. Took a fan in to get it fixed. More than a week past : Feb 21 2025 I received a message from the company that fixed it. Telling me it's ready for collection (by Makro) Have been trying since then to phone 086 000 8993 and various other numbers with no luck, also emailed makrocare@makro.co.za. Will be driving there today to see if I get lucky. Please wish me luck!
Pathetic Delivery Service I ordered on 21 November, and paid on same date. They promised delivery on 1 Dec. I ordered items worth close to R50K. They have been driving around since 30 November with these expensive items in their van. Each morning I get a message - delivery will take place between 08h00 and 17h00. But they just never deliver! THAT IS 5 TIMES THEY LIED TO ME! STILL WAITING!! And after numerous calls, one thing is certain, their PROCEDURE cannot be CHANGED. I CANNOT go to FETCH my own ITEMS!!
This is a scam website - placed order #1646 on 7 November. Heard nothing from them.

Uhm, oops, maybe we need to give this guy a call - we have no more of these items????? This online shop is really not very well thought out. I KNOW I took the last one, after that the order could not be found on the system. But, how is it possible that you take my 40K, hang on to it for a week, and then email me late (16:51) the afternoon and tell me - sorry we're out of stock - no other option than to give me back my money. What about - Sir, sorry, we need to search/investigate what happened to that last item, and we will get a new one a.s.a.p Why do I think some staff member stole it? He paid for it, but he stole it, since it was mine from 19 Sept!!!!
I started using this pharmacy about a year ago, and so far I'm very happy with their service. Definitely faster service than the Clicks in Soneike.
I booked two tickets with these SHARKS. Never again! Even though I did not asked for any extras, they loaded more than R900 extras onto my tickets. I used them before, without problems - but never realized they had such a bad rap on hellopeter - lesson well learned = never never never again!!!!
A tele-marketer phoned me on 15 May 2019. Offered me a R75 deal for 1 Gig of data on my tablet. I told her I would rather upgrade to a new tablet. She said there are no current deals on tablets. I told het to phone me later, since I want to investigate. Long story short... she convinced me to take the contract. But as soon as we finished the conversation, I decided to search for a deal. Found a good deal for R99 with new tablet, and emailed and phoned Mondo to cancel. All their operators are busy, and I have not received a response on my email message. Message-ID: **********
<p>On 31 July 2016 me and my mom visited the branch of Absa at Cape Gate. My mom is still old school, and made an appointment a month earlier - by going in to the bank and making the appointment while standing in front of the lady (bank hostess) and watch her enter the appointment date and time in her appointment book.</p> <p>When we arrived at 9h00, she walked up to this same lady (LM) and told her we are there for our nine o' clock appointment....</p> <p>Well sad to say - the book had no mention of said appointment. LM asked us to be seated since the consultant is busy with another appointment. A good few minutes later she informed us that the consultant will be busy for quite a while longer and if we would mind seeing another consultant?</p> <p>When she explained that the only other one can only speak english, my mom told her that we will have to wait.</p> <p>So we waited and waited and waited...</p> <p>And an hour later we where helped.</p> <p>I missed another appointment because of this, and feel that I should complain about this poor service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another thing. I bank at a different bank, and was surprised that after our discussion with the consultant, we still had to go and stand in the cashier queue to do the business that resulted from our meeting. The c onsultant cannot do it for us - as I've seen it done at other banks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I know she need to go in for another meeting mid August, and will keep you up to date.</p>
