Excellent service from Manuella at Standard, Crossings in Nelspruit.
I needed some information regarding my daughters vehicle from the service manager of Motus Nelspruit Mark Fourie. I did not have the vehicle registration with me and he refused to give me any information regarding the part that they have been waiting to receive since last Friday. Couldn’t be bothered to look it up!! Bad service in a polite manner using ‘mam’ every other word. Maybe he doesn’t realise that most woman do not appreciate that!! Good thing I own a Toyota.

Such a pleasure to do business with this company. My initial question was answered immediately and I received my order within 48 hours. The shoes are sooo comfortable and fit perfectly.
<p>I have a fair amount of damage to 2 security gates, a sliding door and an internal door from a burglary. Standard Bank appointed a contractor who is impossible to get hold of, did not turn up to a meeting (they did manage to pitch up 5 days later) and who has not communicated with me at all. I tried calling the Standard Bank call center and was on hold for over an hour. I communicated with them via Facebook and was promised that someone would call me - still waiting!!! This is unacceptable!!!</p>
