I purchased couches from the Randburg store . The service at the store was excellent . The factory then delivered 3 days later. There was a defect on one of the couches. This was reported immediately . Problem was only solved 2 months later. Rochester communication with a customer was the worst I ever received .
My family and I were on holiday on the South Coast. We went for breakfast to Wimpy Shelly Center . Their service was outstanding . The food was the freshest I have ever had at a Wimpy. Well done Wimpy . Keep it up.
I ordered an item online from Cotton On in November 2023, which was delivered to my residence but to date I await this company to arrange a courier service to collect this item as the item had to be returned due to size.
Metropolitan Insurance: your service is unacceptable . You do not respond to no communication. It is also impossible to get through via telephone .
I purchased products online , which they say is demo models. A vacuum cleaner and an iron. Both these products were delivered but not working. I called customer service and was advised to bring them to their depo. This was done on the 18Nov2023 . To date I have made numerous calls with regards to my refund . I still await feedback to date. Service is unacceptable .
Shoppers please check your purchase slips very well. I spend at least a thousand Rands per month at Dischem . I purchased a mask which was priced at 29.99 and was charged R299.99. I can’t understand as the correct price was on the packet. Well no one at Dischem could give me an explanation on the incorrect pricing. What a rip off.
I was on holiday in Shelly Beach and decided to visit the store as I have not tasted your chicken. I ordered the Pedro’s meal and was abruptly advised that the chip machine is out of order. I inquired if the chips can be substituted and again was rudely advised with a NO. I personally feel this is unacceptable service. I left without making a purchase . It’s just so sad that with a poor economy in SA at the moment your staff make it even worse with bad service.
Good day, I am so disappointed with discovery medical aid. My oncologist request a bone density test which discovery declined due to their protocol being changed last year. Discovery never informed me about this. I tried for 2 weeks to speak to discovery to get a letter explaining the decline. Finally I reached out to Twitter and then got a response . This is so unacceptable as in the process I spent over R250 on calls to them and could not be assisted . Lesego then called me after my complain on Twitter and she also waited over 20minutes to get through to the oncology dept. terrible service
They I installed a device in my vehicle in 2014 , I had no problem until May2021. I called their offices to locate my vehicle and no one could assist me in picking up a signal and that is their service to me. To and fro and with different people and not getting any assistance I finally cancelled. Just to think my car could of been stolen in this process as to date they cannot tell me why they could not pick up a signal.
My worse experience ever . The consultant sounded as if she just got up from sleep. I had to request to speak to her manager to get the assistance I needed. I also suggested that Palesa needed more training .
