For the second time the tracking device is not working and no one called until I phoned myself. Last year my car battery was stollen no one called when I called complaining I was told you are not sure why the person who picked up the signal did not call me and they promised to investigate and revert back and no one ever did until in September 2025 when I could not see any signal on the app. And I phoned and I was told the tracking devices no longer works since June 2025 and I need to pay for a technician to come fix it. My question is who is motoring the tracker and what service I was paying for since June if this device was not working. You're so *********** it is not even funny - the only time you started calling me when I decided to reverse my debit order and I have responded to you emails but it seems no one is updating the notes every day it is a new person calling for the non-payment and no-one ever read notes or make notes on your system. I am sick of this yesterday I got a message saying I need to pay almost R1200 for a technician to fix it - you know what come take out your stupid device. And **** off my life.
You promised me good service and better network and I trust you and cancelled my contract with the other network company and now it has been more than a week still no delivery all this mess happened because of the incompetency of the delivery company. I have numerously phoned your office without any solution on this - if the delivery is not done tomorrow - make sure you cancel it
This is the worst delivery company - you provide them with your Home Address and you are home the whole day waiting for them and they do not even come to your home even after your phone them confirming that you are home but the network is not working proper and then all they do is call that same number and if it does not go through once they cancel the delivery and say that you were not home - how the F*** did you know I was not home when your driver did not come to my home. Then they want to deliver again after five days, now I need to be affected by your people's incompetency when I have phoned.

This is the worst car tracking company, I had the worst morning today and my car battery was ****** and tracker all they did was send an sms and automated call as per their consultant Khwena and when I did not answer the phone the second and third contact persons were never phoned. So what am I paying for these people when you miss a payment they phone you like you are crazy or have ****** millions I do not want this useless service anymore and I will not pay for anything instead I want my money back that I have paid for a service that was never provided when I needed or I want my battery replaced. Even now the car is off I had to phone them at 7:00 myself when my mind came back to enquire they did not bother to call me again or my other contacts.
I took a contract in October with Telkom and submitted my bank details and they chose not to debit me and I made EFT payments towards the accounts because I realised later on that the account was in arrears and though I was not aware why they did not debit. When I took the contract, I was given a choice to use my old Telkom prepaid number to avoid having different numbers but still I will be a ble to load airtime or buy data later on if I ran out of data but now I cannot recharge that simcard. The number is link to my iPhone billing I need to recharge for that but I cannot use the iphone tunes and other because I cannot purchase airtime on this simcard i have used for over a decade. I have phoned and given stupid reasons as to why this was happening - my account shows up to date but firstly I was asked to send my bank statement to unlock suck and I refused because how can you confirm that account is up to date then ask for a statement again and then I was told to enquire with my bank as to why I cannot recharge the Telkom simcard while i can recharge networks using the same bank app. This is stupid - can you unlocking this and do not change my contract amount because that was not deal when I took the contract.
This is the worst customer services I have ever imagined for such a big company no update or feed and the phone has not been delivered and after sending numerous email and trying to contact your office with no luck - no one has the decency to call me back
Capitec has ruined my crrdit score by marking that I paid late when I had defaulted because I was hospitalised and made arrangements and then resume making payments but still they marked my payments as non-payment or late payments and I have sent proof. Thandiwe from Complaints was the worst ever she spoke to me like I did not even matter and showed no interest in helping when I logged a complained to this they closed my complaint without solving it or sending feedback. Today I phoned requesting a discount on the settlement the current balance reflecting on the app is R33803.28 and the discounted settlement issued as of today is R34372.39. Maybe it is me but how is it this with discount because I cannot understand how you will treat your customer in this manner. This means that the discount settlement is inclusive of the future interest rate on the account? I need clarity on this and a new dicounted settlement and I do not wish to speak to Thandiwe from complaints.
This is not right, Truworths supposed to close at 6pm and yesterday I left things at the counter cause I had forgotten my card at home and I was informed that they close at 6pm however today when I get here at 17:45 they were closed already this is so wrong and the special finishes today and the guy was so rude he just said they close the doors earlier so they can leave at 6pm this is so wrong your info says operating until 6pm... i want my clothes shame
