Really starting to think that sleepmasters is the same with these fly by night shops. I recently bought a Sertapedic Athena early 2024 - since then i have had multiple exchanges with the base but nothing changes the bed is still making noise . Now i want to change the whole baseset but they telling me to rotate the bed mattress . This is very disappointing considering the price i paid for the bed . i need an immediate resolution to this issue
I recently bought a 3 Piece Sienna Bedroom Suite - 2 years within having the product - the headboard leather/material has already cracked - from my view i think the product is faulty not of the best quality . This organization is a **** - Items were bought on the 13th January 2025 Order #DCT3563 - They said it takes 20 - 22 days for delivery till to date nothing has been delivery - no contact number and the origination is not even in cape town - I want my refund . Now the website is no longer working
I contacted the customer service on 0800 222 888 to enquire my my delivery is late on order /reference 8018866377 - ,This guy 'Collenus" answers - after asking him few questions he start shouting and hang my call . I have never felt so disrespected and insulted .How are your agents trained - I even thought of cancelling my order . Please look into this matter very unprofessional
After numerous exchange of the bed set , the product is still disappointing either its start to be making noise or being sagging . I have suggested for a credit to add on and buy a different brand but they are refusing still want to exchange with their unqualify . Why are you forcing me as a consumer to take a product which i am not happy . I want to a credit and buy different product .

I am totally Disappointed with RAIN network lately - I started using it back in 2020 March everything was okay until now 2021 - every 30 minutes I have to restart my mobile Wi-Fi router for it to work - on the network portion is goes Red not even amber - this is poor network service - please do something about this .
