I have purchased a set of Samsung AKG Type-C Earphones for R199. @ Days after I received them the connector detached. I requested a return with replacement of the item. I received message from Takealot that the item id no longer available. But is available at R400. So, my account was credited with R200 so I can now pay R400 for the same product. What a total **** and daylight ******* that is! Shame on you Takealot!
I have been struggling for more than ten days to get the staff at the VA branch to get stock from another branch delivered to VA branch Cape Town . Only empty promises and zero results. This service has gone to the dogs. Used it for 2 years during pandamic without a problem. Last two orders came with items missing. This time over R600 of produce missing. Total nightmare to get money back. Endless calls to incompetent call centre operators making empty promises and lies. Stay away from Sixty60 if you value you money and sanity.

So after 2 years of excellent service it finally happend. You stole R100 from me for goods never delivered. All i got when i raised the issue is a automated email and no further follow up. It was goid while it lasted. But now it has come to an end. Goodbye.
McDonald's Church Square Cape Town is a record setter for the longest wait for 1 burger and fries: 30 minutes!! And there were only about 5 other clients in the shop. Aggressive unapoligetic staff when I complained.
My order of R398 was just canceled and given a voucher. Effectively you have stolen R398 from me as I did not want to purchase a voucher. I am unable to call 0800 numbers on my cell phone. I want my money back in my account within 30 days with interest or case of theft against Takealot will be filed at Cape Town central police station.
It is now the 3rd time I received food that is so cold, was it not for the fact that I am so hungry I would have thrown it in the bin. And every time I get hollow apologies and a simple voucher of R30 for my next order which is only valid for a few days. R30 discount on a R160 order that was disgusting is unbelievable. And every time I pledge never to use your service again. I guess the joke is on me. But now I will rather go hungry than wasting my money again. Uninstall mrD app asap!
I was promised delivery today 15 Dec by Brunnon (cell: 081 309 1377). He said I can call him today 15 Dec 2020 to confirm that. He is not answering. Your call centre is not responding to chat. No response to email, whatsapp or messenger. Therefore a case of online fraud and theft will be lodged today against Mr Shopper at Cape Town central police station at end of business should you fail to respond or deliver goods ordered on 22 Nov allready.
