Would have liked to give no stars at all. 3rd day waiting from parcel from Vodacom via Ram. Asked to be delivered before 4pm every day. Promises not kept once. I really hope Vodacom changes their courier company.
My problem is not with Vodacom but with the courier they use to ship devices to customers. Today is the third day that I'm awaiting delivery of my device. They sms to inform you that your device is out for delivery by 7:20 in the morning, when you start following up in the afternoon the package has not been handed over to the courier yet by an escort. Asked them to deliver before 16:00 Promises not kept twice. Still waiting to see what happens today.
The whole process from start to end went smoothly. The salesman Francois and the F&I lady was helpful and efficient. Thank you for the great service.
I am done with Takealot. I ordered goods which showed in stock on the system. Then to be told that the delivery is delayed as they cannot get the goods from the supplier. Delivery date are moved to a date when my office is closed. Now I cannot change the delivery address, I cannot cancel the order and I cannot speak to a person to resolve my issue. This is not the firs time this same thing has happened. Good bye Takealot.
Have been trying to get to tier 5 on Absa Rewards for two months. Took out a personal loan, activated e-statements which should have taken me easily to tier 5, on inquiry on why I am still on tier 4, I was informed that I did not give marketing consent which is a lie as I checked on Internet Banking and my marketing consent is ticked. I get the impression that Absa do not want people on tier 5. I am getting to the point of considering taking my banking elsewhere as I do not believe Absa are dealing in good faith in short I don't believe I can trust them.
In November 2016 my Flexi-reserve on my bond was frozen because my Fica waa out of date. I was not informed of this I had to find out for myself when I tried to transfer funds. My wife and I when to our branch to do our Fica in November 2016. All went well till today. Same story Flexi-reserve locked due to Fica. Again no communication. Last time I promised myself to leave Absa. I think I should keep my promise as Absa obviously have difficulty in keeping theirs.
OUTsurance go out of their way to help their clients. Their superior service at affordable prices convinced me to move our building insurance to them. The consultants are knowledgeable and friendly. In my experience OUTsurance puts their clients first.
<p>Anyone who has been defrauded by Guilty Pleasures please report them to Standard Bank. Their accounts should be frozen and they should be prohibited from opening bank accounts again. </p> <p> </p> <p>These people take your money then they don't deliver and they also don't refund. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also, all the positive reviews are fraudulent and probably done by themselves. </p>
