I bought 1 of those readymade burgers at Checkers Fx Kwena Square and it was so disgusting. How do you allow the store to sell products like that. Im feeling sick to my stomach
A friend of mine bought a gift at YDE Clearwater for my birthday. We then went to YDE to change the gift explaining that I would like to change it. A guy working at the counter informed me that I need the slip to change it. I then had to drive to my friend to collect the slip. When I returned to the store with the slip I was told that it was bought on account and therefore they cannot change it. Why didn’t they inform me in the first place they wasted my time and petrol. I then proceeded to ask the supervisor her name and she rep**** that she is not allowed to provide her her because of the popi act. I have never heard such bull **** in my entire life, you guys need to do better really. So disappointed in the service
I don’t understand why the pharmacy has 8 counters but whenever I go to clicks pharmacy only 2 counters are open and then you end up sitting so long or you go to another pharmacy. Please can someone sort this out once and for all
I'm one of the customers who had a credit card with Nedbank and due to unforeseen circumstances, i was unable to meet my payment commitments. I was then handed over to Brooks and Luyt. Why would a company like Nedbank choose to be associated with a business like Brooks and Luyt, can someone please explain this to me. I have been requesting a statement for almost 4 weeks and i have received nothing from Brooks and Luyt
I received a message from Lungile Mbokazi on the 3 September informing me that my statement has been requested. To date i have not received a statement with my outstanding balance on my Nedbank credit card, keeping in mind that I requested a statement long before that already
I placed an order on the 12th July already it’s 2 weeks later and I haven’t received my order. According to the website it takes 10 days to deliver, every time I’m being told that they waiting on the supplier
Still waiting on someone to get back to me with regards to my refund. Waiting in forever.
On the 25th January 2024 by Debit order went off my account as usual. On the 1 February 2024 another debit order went off my account. We called rain and they informed us that our debit order was changed on the app to the 1st. We then informed them that it could not be possible as we were not on the app in long time. Rain then tells us that my account will not be debited for the next month, keeping in mind not knowing if i need the money or if it was my last money they debited from my account. We then requested a refund to my processed to my bank account ASAP, till today nothing has been received. On Tuesday i called Rain and a lovely agent helped me, He took my banking details and after that i didnt receive anything yet. Can you please let me know when i will receive my REFUND. I want answers
The worst f@cken bank i ever decided to Join, you would think coming from Capitec you would get a better service but no. When you enquire about something you move to 5 - 6 different departments before someone can help you. I'm frustrated and tired really.
I don’t understand how 2 tellers can be open and you have 10 customers waiting for be served at the pharmacy, then you you have the problem with clicks when you email your prescription to them the emails is always a problem. It’s a disgrace for Clicks to give such service
