I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with both Telkom and NuDebt, as I am being relentlessly harassed over an outstanding balance of R2,698, which, according to my records, should not exist. My March debit order bounced, but I made a manual EFT payment of R1,299 on 15 April to cover this (proof of payment available). Then, a second debit order of R1,299 was deducted on 25 April, earlier than usual, covering the end-April payment. My debit orders normally run at month-end, so this early deduction threw off the system. Despite this, I continue to receive calls and messages from NuDebt claiming I still owe money. I have: Called Telkom’s Kolonnade Branch twice, Visited the branch in person, Phoned NuDebt to explain and escalate the issue. Yet, the matter remains unresolved. This level of incompetence, lack of communication, and disregard for proof of payment is unacceptable. I am now left with a clean account on my side but constant harassment and threats from collections for a payment I already made. Please can someone from Telkom or NuDebt finally resolve this matter? I am tired of the back and forth.

Worst Airline Ever! Don't waste your time or money by flying with this airline! Rather pay a few hundreds extra and make use of Airlink! Way better organized service! I booked a flight from Cape Town to OR Tambo in Johannesburg and wanted to change my flight date from Friday to Sunday which was showing on their website. I choose the timeslot which I wanted to change it to and make the payment requested to confirm the change (R1065 later). It then after successful payment through OZow took me back to the merchant and confirmed my changed booking to a timeslot that was not even available on that day!!!! Their system glitched. I then phoned the customer care center - hold the line for 7 minutes and got through to an agent. The agent took my booking confirmation number and explained that someone must have also booked that same timeslot on the time when I was busy making the payment and the seat got allocated to them which then was the last seat for that flight. The lady then dropped the phone purposefully in my ear as I was querying how this glitch is now my fault and that they should refund my payment for the flight change. It's so unfortunate that I did not get her name... HOW CAN I BE HELD LIABLE FOR A GLITCH ON THEIR SYSTEM???? I am going to loose my R1065 for the flight change and also be on a flight that I cannot make meaning that I will loose the flight ticket of nearly R2000 also adding up to a total of over R3k! I am utterly disgusted with their service and way of handling complaints. If you want to throw money down the drain and have an unpleasant cramped dirty flight - this is the place to go!
