Was charged full price for an item on special and are refusing to refund me.
I ordered a book which was on special as part of a bulk online order. Due to a technical error on their side I was charged full price for the book. They are refusing to refund me the difference for the book so I have been forced into cancelling the ENTIRE order the day before the courier is due to deliver.

Still waiting for my refund 5 months later ...
On May 20 2021 I placed an order on their online store. I have still not received the products 5 months later. I have emailed them multiple times. The only responses I've had are "we'll get back to you" and "we're waiting for our accountant to clear the refund." They've since stopped replying to my emails. There is no other way to contact them.

FRAUD ALERT! SCAM ARTISTS!
I purchased several items from their online store in May 2021. The items have still not arrived. I have made several enquiries over the last few months and responses have ranged from "We'll look into it" to "we are waiting for our accountant to refund you". My last few emails have gone unanswered. Total farce.

Item still not delivered after 3 months.
I purchased an item on 10 June. Multiple emails and calls spanning 3 months have gone unanswered and the item us still undelivered. Shocking. Will never use them again.

Don't buy their non-stick pans.
They claim to have a lifetime guarantee on their non-stick frying pans. My coating completely peeled off after 3 years and looking through the reviews this seems to be a common problem. They offer no replacement and don't do repairs or recoatings. All they offered me was a 25% discount on my next purchase. Frankly that's insulting and of no use to me because I won't be buying any of their products ever again which is maybe for the best because I've spent tens of thousands of rands on them over the years.

DO NOT trust these people
It's been 4 years now. I still have gotten my macbook or my money back. I contact them once every year now just to see if they have decided to return my property but it's the same excuses every year and then suddenly I start receiving idle threats from from fake email accounts. These guys are total scammers.

Terrible insurance company.
Terrible insurance. Was with them for years without claiming. When I needed them they found all the loopholes in the world. I’ve since left but just thinking about them makes my blood boil. Do not recommend.

Astoundingly bad experience. Do not deal with this company.
I handed my laptop in for repairs and was asked to pay R5000 up front in 2015 which should have been the first alarm bell. After 3 years of chasing them I have heard every excuse in the book but still don't have my laptop or money back.

CASH4MACS IS A SCAM
They used call themselves 'pc tablets' but when their scam was up the changed their name to cash4macs and just started their nonsense again. https://www.hellopeter.com/pc-tablets I have reported them to CarteBlanche. You should do the same.

STAY AWAY!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY ITS OWNER LAWRENCE NDLOVU. They took my Macbook Pro and a R5000 up front payment to repair it in November 2015. I have not seen my macbook since but have heard every single excuse in the book with the last one being that has technician fled back to Zim with it. After 2 years and many threats I have received just R2000 back. I am quite sure this is a scam company who repair devices with others that they steal. They delete facebook posts and block users who lay complaints. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
