Sent a package from Kemtpon Park to Alberton. They were suppose to pick it up Friday, only came on Tuesday. Then the package never arrived at the destination. Tracking number invalid. Took days of phoning to try and find a knowledgeable person who could find out where the package went. Finally discovered they labelled it wrong and sent it to Durban. Took weeks to find it in the Durban warehouse. They had to open the boxes and whatsapp photos to us. When they finally found it, it took another few days to bring it back up to Kempton and finally deliver at Alberton! Absolutely clueless!
The company bank account is in the receptionist's name? Zarika Barwise is extremely rude on whatsapp and on email and when you phone and ask who you are speaking to they put the phone down!
Booked delivery through xoc.co.za after 13:00. They remained in communication via email right through the process and forwarded the waybill so you can make sure all details are correct. and the tracking number Collected it the same day and delivered the next day. Only courier that I can recommended after Fastway's false banking details and rudeness, Ram's website that has errors and Courierit that lost our previous package.
Signed up on 18/12/20 for Website Builder Small and quickly realized that it is not suitable for my needs. 18/12/20 Submitted a ticket to support informing them that I would like to upgrade to Medium as Small will not work for accommodation rentals. 18/12/20 13:10 Shawaal van Wyk upgraded my package to Medium (instead of telling me that none of their package will work for accommodation rentals). Unfortunately the Medium package did not give me more control and I still could not customize their templates to suit accommodation rentals. 18/12/20 15:29 I contacted support to cancel. Aphiwe Jiya confirmed cancellation and sent the following email: As per our call, the Website Builder: Medium - ***xx been set to cancel and the billing team will be in contact with you to assist with the refund for R***. The holidays happened - nobody cancelled the product and the billing team did not contact me. 04/01/2021 Sent an email to Aphiwe Jiya and received no response. Opened a support ticket on their website #1004405. Still no response and no refund.

We ARE STILL WAITING! The LTE speed has deteriorated so much that we cant even watch DSTV on the computer without it buffering! Yet you take my money every month! </p>
<p>After complaining and being lied to for 8 weeks I finally got the LTE router. </p> <p>Without the Poynting antenna we got around 40mb with just the bunny areals. They came to install the external and it dropped to 20mb and usually only around 15mb and even 4mb. At the time the guys said maybe the tower is down and just left it like that. 2 Months of complaining with no response. Then Telkom phoned me around a month ago and asked if I am happy and I told the lady once again what the problem is and she said she will arrange for them to come and do it properly. Still waiting, it is close to 4 months now! </p>
