Terrible customer service from the Service Manager, Loren Naidu and Delena Manuel. They refused to refund my claim citing silly reasons and were forced to reimburse me after I instituted legal action. What is worse was the arrogance and condescending manner in which they engage their customers. It is very unfortunate from the Nissan brand.
My company has experienced terrible customer service from Ideal Prepaid. Their agents have absolutely no sense of urgency and they are unresponsive to queries. I have queries that have not been resolved in over 5 months with no form of communication and feedback. They simply ignore emails and follow up calls. If you want products, rather go to their many competitors instead
Great service from Sifiso Magudulela, he is patient, effective, and efficient in dealing with customer queries - I was very impressed.

I have not been having fibre connection for the past three weeks since December 2020. When i call almost everyday they make me do the same trouble shooting procedures that do not yield any results. After the first two weeks, they escalated my query to the 2nd line support team and they said a technician will call me and come to site to investigate and fix the issue but no one has called me since. This is a serious inconvenience for me as this is affecting not only mine but my entire families productivity.
I switched over my service provider from Vodacom to SADV in December 2020. From then until today, it has been more than three weeks and i still do not have connectivity. I have been calling the customer care almost every day and they make me do the same trouble shooting procedures that do not yield any results. I installed Fibre in my house on 1 April 2020 and its 8 days now but it is still not active. I have been following up almost daily and i am told it will work but still today nothing. My Reference No is. SR200402-272119. Maybe i should have chosen other network providers instead of Vodacom.
Extremely dissapointed with motorite, for the second time now they are refusing to authorise my claim for a vehicle service. Why do i continue paying premiums if when i submit a claim you refuse to honour it????
<p>I want to once again follow up on a complaint, not sure if it will be attended to this time around, since i doubt the effectiveness of this complaints department to can effectively address customers’ complaints. I lodged a complaint beginning of July regarding the then R99 promotion for 5Gig Data. It is amazing that to date my query is yet to be resolved. What is appalling in the manner in which the "Customer Service Representatives Department" has been so dis-interested in escalating and ensuring that this matter is closed timely. I really wonder if Telkom prioritizes customer service based on the manner in which my query and complaints have been handled for over 2 months.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I've been trying to orger a Wi-Fi router for the past month, i first ordered online and no one responded to my request, i then made several requests for them to call me - and guess what no one ever called me!</p> <p> </p> <p>I then decided to call them, i guess that was a terrible idea because they never pick up, the last time i called them i was on the call for 33 minutes (that was on the 22 July 2016), and no one borded to answer or respond to my call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Or maybe there is no call centre at all??? i am highly highlu dissapointed!</p>
