I was double charged at one of your facilities - monks ***l - I made a payment in one of your offices on 30 Nov at the Drakensberg mountain and I was double charged R560, because the person processing the payment said it was declined. I've since checked with my back and it has confirmed that the payment went through twice and none was declined and have gone back to them with zero assistance! Is this how you rob your local tourist?? Please can I have the amount paid/reversed into my account as this is definitely daylight ******* which is quite disappointing!
Is this a **** or what?? I received a shoe voucher from yesterday and when I tried to redeem it I was giving a system error and today when I try to redeem it's like it was never there. why are you phishing people and using lies whilst at it - is this a legit voucher or a **** from FNB ebucks to it's own customers?? if that's the case the mind boggling question is why tell me i have a voucher and not allow me to redeem it and worst of all no one from your chat consultants is even available to assist!
I've heard you don't care nor do you respond you just keep making ads and posting new marketing material for all to see. I was sold chicken with protruding bones in a burger and I sent you photos but have not heard anything from your team! how is is that you put our lives in danger and care so less???? the least you could do is give me back my money, at this rate you are ******* that are out there to kill us and offering zero apology for such!
If I could give zero rating I honesty would, how is it that I've been requesting information about my investment from the 21 of July and have received sporadic responses. Honestly the worst customer service thus far, the amazing thing is you know how to follow up when you still require business from us but suddenly are tied up when it's time to assist. I'm appalled and very much disappointed in your zero response and communication rate!

After being misinformed about the claim reported on the 20th September 2022 by the consultants I was dealing with regarding my NCR, fortunately one of them had the decency to pass my complaint to Pam Koloti the Complaints Liaison and as much as we quick to write to hellopeter when we receive a bad review we should be the same when we write a complement. I was very skeptical at first but this lady proved me wrong I'd really like to thank her for the response and thorough research she did on the matter which had a positive outcome. I appreciate her for taking my complaint as she did and setting my mind at ease. I'm yet to receive the reward but based on how Pam Koloti handled the matter I trust her and have no doubt that dotsure will honor their side. We need more honest people like her in the industry.
Why are you spamming me! I'm getting tired of your texts same text every five min surely somebody in your marketing department is doing things wrong!! this is definitely not a way to keep customers its chasing them away especially with so many fraud cases going around this too should be reported as one!!!! Stop sending me stupid messages about Easy Zero and I want that account closed!!! nothing but headache
To say your customer care is a joke would really be an understatement!! Not only did you promise to phone back to assist which of course you did not, you sent a response as if you had done so! The sad part is that I contacted your customer care on the 19th of December for assistance with an online purchase and today its the 6th and unfortunately for me the Tv set that I wanted to purchase is no longer online all thanks to Makro for under delivering and over promising. I'm very appalled at how you treat your customers when they really isn't a reason for such!
I've tried phoning their online help, using their whatsapp and even sending an email all 3 have not been successful to say I'm disgusted with their customer service would really be an understatement I'm stuck cant make an order nor can I get assistance from them with my request. Please let me know when will i get a response??
surely in this day and age you should have more quick responses than the call center which never gets answered! so what happens when you faced with fraudulence activities you answer when you can?? I keep getting a phone call from 0875774162 informing me about fraudulent activity from my account, is this an fnb number or another scam?
