Dis-Chem Online Orders is doing ********* business. I purchased and paid for my order on the 18/12/'25 via there Owoz Payment option. The funds were deducted from my account but the order showed cancelled on Dis-Chem side (Aborted by Myself) now I would like to know why will I abort an order if I know I paid for it. I had to phone them and ask them where my order is , had to send P.O.P it has been at the bokkeepers for investigation since last week and now I have to wait till after the holidays for the Bokkeeper to come back from leave. This is committing ***** , you taking money from the customers but the orders gets cancelled. I am not happy at all , the amount is insignificant it is about the principle of the sale not being processed but payment was received.

Rotten - Foul smelling Chicken
If I could of given 0 stars I would of. Bought 2 packs of Goldi Chicken from Makro on the 28/06 they been put in deepfreezer straight away after +- 7 KM drive from the store. The chicken has a foul smell to it , and also founds some funny looking spots on it . I had to throw it away the pieces I cooked as it is not suitable for human or animal consumption. I would like a refund of my purchase , they are more than welcome to come fetch their chicken I still have left in my freezer , only 1 pack was opened.

False Food Bin Promotion
I normally used to purchase my pets Food often from Pet Heaven because of the convenience , friendly service and fast delivery. However they lost a customer forever today due to their false promotions. The Promotion reads buy any royal canine 2KG + dog or cat food together with a pack of pouches (wet food) , and you will get a foodbin depending on the size of your food purchase. However this is false as for the dogfood it's 7kg + dogfood and not 2kg+ as stated on promotion. This is a trick to get people to buy , and then they can just say no it's for the 7kg's + dogfood. Truly disappointed, leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth.

Worst Online Store Ever - Builders Warehouse
Ordered a soil meter online 25/3 been a month already have not received my item. Requested a refund a week ago and still awaiting my funds back with many empty promises of escalating call to this or that department. Worst experience ever from an online store of such a big name as Builders. Will never buy from them again as even though the supplier themselves need to supply you with the goods ordered , Builders warehouse should of made sure their orders are fulfilled. Don't fall for the sweet talk as that is what it is only sweet lies with no action taken.
