I have been struggling for more then a month to get my deposit back of R5000 from SMD.
I have had a good experience with igrow and have learned quite a lot in a small amount of time and am still looking forward in learning even more.Just want to thank the team and my booking consultant Marilize VDW for assisting me on my journey.
I canceled my contract,but vodacom is still deducting money for my account and apparently I am now behind in payments.I try to resolve it by calling 082 1946 but my call just got dropped on their side.
I opened a business account in this month and if I know what I know now,I would never have done it.It cost me a lot of calls to try and resolve problems that was not sepose to be there to start with.The personal are just moving me from one section to a other section and the Bank manager is ignoring my problems with the account.This was only the fist month and I had more problems with this account then with my personal account at a other bank for more then 15 years.Ps.Don't drop a comment to say I have to call you,you can call me for a change.I have called you numerous times and it is costing me money and time.
I just want to say thank you to Herm**** Standard Bank.I have always gotten great service.They are always friendly and although I don't go there often they know me by name.
I don't have a problem with the people that helped me,but after I called a few times about cancelling of contracts and still they did not do what I asked,it has gotten to the point that it is irretating me.They are still charging me for a contract I cancelled.Everytime I call,they just tell me,they will call me back.They don't.I have been by Vodacom for a long time,but I have decided that after this,I will move my business to a other network as soon as my other contract's expires.
<p>I took out a contract at a cellucity shop on the 14/07/2016 for a 1GB data and till today I still don't have my data.I had to buy data twice,I mean really what is the use of a contract then?</p> <p> </p> <p>The first time I called vodacom they told me I am not at vodacom...that went on a while then they told me I am on a new system and they will call me back,only 1 of 3 people did call me back...and that was the last person.The rest only transferred me till I got cut off.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last person told me that he did short it out and called the shop and that I can follow up on this.But I have also done that and the person at the shop just is telling me "we are waiting for vodacom..."</p> <p> </p> <p>So now I am stuck in the middle of the 2 with no data ...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
