Pathetic useless worthless junk excuse for a company. In fact should get no stars. How does this company stay open? Honestly. Worse than corrupt municipalities at least some potholes get fixed. Takealot does nothing. Can’t even deliver an item in stock. Wont even wish this frustration on my worst enemy.

FNB - FNB Law On Call, useless service and not so helpful staff. Can’t cancel. No direct number. Just take your money monthly. But the service doesn’t really exist! It’s fake!!! Tried unsuccessful to cancel.

There is no more excuses for repeated bad service
Been buying from them for 10 years. Last couple of orders started having problems each time. With delays of more than 10 days. Issues with “system glitches”. Actually phoned by operations manager and begged to give FTN another chance. Which I did. Bam. New order same story. 11 days still not sent out. No communication. Only to be told the same copy paste message of. System glitch so sorry for the delay. This is not what ftn is blah blah blah. In retrospect I actually feel bad for taking down my previous bad review on false promises. I am actually embarrassed and she was hell wouldn’t want others to but there with such repeat bad service. What a shame. A company supported for so long to fall so far from the great company it started out as.

How the mighty have fallen
Customr service used to be great. Now it’s non existent. A shame how the mighty has fallen. Far better options out there. Almost no communication. As soon as something goes wrong. Radio silence. Placing an order with f2n is like playing Russian roulette. And there is more than one bullet. Spare yourself the frustration and headache rather go to wellness warehouse.

No assistance with faulty products. Zero customer service.
Purchased item online after purchasing same item I. Different plot same size but much smaller. Absolutely no contact about assisting with exchange. When their products are faulty.

Highly recommend
Wonderful service. Any issues are dealt with asap and when there is problems they go out of their way to assist. Ash has been one of the best motor sales person I have ever dealt with. Will recommend this dealership.
