Vodapay is the worst app that I ever experienced. Instead of taking you to the original landing page it just sends you in circles without going anywhere
I ordered my vehicle licences on 29/12/2024. Skynet received the parcel on 31/12/2024 and a waybill was created the same day. Today is 07/01/2025 I am still awaiting delivery of the parcel. I tried to phone the offices in Midrand, after 15 minutes the call was picked up and immediately dropped. There is absolutely no service from this company!
Always had excellent service, good work at a reasonable price from this business. Even referred friends of mine to them for repairs.
An urgent parcel was collected at Vodacom Polokwane yesterday (19 December 2022) to be delivered to Centurion on 20 December 2022. Logging on to the Fastway website to track the parcel gave no results. Trying to phone Fastway, Polokwane as well as Fastway, Pretoria resulted in the phones just ringing without anyone answering. I rather think this company should be called No-Way instead of Fastway
Who or where is Mzanzi? I live in South Africa, not Mzanzi. According to my knowledge, there is no place on earth called Mzanzi unless I could be proved to be wrong
Been to Checkers - Wilrogate this afternoon to purchase a SIM card. I stood in the cue at the Money Market to pay and get the SIM RICA'd. A person walked in from outside and pushed into the line from the side in front of the person behind the counter. She continued to serve this person ignoring us that's been waiting in the cue to be served.
Went to FNB for my son to apply for a student loan. They refused to help because apparently I am too old to be his sponsor although I am employed full time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sloane for the past 25 years. He is an absolute professional and the only doctor that I am willing to allow to attend to my health without any reservation. The times that I had a medical emergency, he was at my bedside within 10 minutes of him being informed and it never mattered what time it was.
Service was prompt from the moment I walked into the premises. I was greeted at the entrance where I had to complete the necessary documentation and was shown to a table. The waiter was immediately available and the service was prompt. Overall a good experience
If you didn't buy your product from their outlet, don't expect any service. Their response would be 'You didn't buy the product from us therefore we cannot assist with your problem'
