I am still waiting to hear from Vodacom as they stated and its nearly a year now I am trying to get my money back for vodacom that was wrongfully deducted.Phoned numerous times since then and from one person to the next and still nothing,Hellopeter also last informed me from vaodacom in March that they are still waiting on vodacom and nothing ever again was heard from both parties. Vodacom please do not reply with you will be contacted privately or you will sort out the problem ...BECAUSE YOU DO NOT!!!!!!!!
AND SO I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM VODACOM !!!!!!!SINCE THE 8 OF MARCH 2021
I still have not receive any feedback from Vodacom since my last review regarding my order I placed last year Nov,money was deducted,but still nothing about my order or money to be credited.Just show you how pathetic Vodacom really are,they do not hesitate to take your money,but to get service is another pathetic story
I placed an order for wireless bluetooth earbuds on the 16/11/2020,amount of R459.00 was deducted from my bank account..Order number 2000144791.I still have not recieved it.I phoned 082 135,spoke to 6 different people and I still do not have a parcel or any idea where the parcel is. Neither has any one from vodacom.I would like to have any kind of feed back from vodacom as to how they will be credited my money back.They are quick to take your money but freaking pathetic when it comes to service!!!!!!!
I have paid for 10 lt bottles on the 27/10/2018 already and still have not received it. Each time the excuse is they do not have stock. The regional Manager promised to deliver my bottles herself last week on the 4/5th of December ( she will order it for JHB ). I still have not received my bottles and now she is on leave and the same excused are in play..."I do not understand why you have not receive your bottles yet and now it will be delivered on the 13th of December. I think this is absolutely pathetic service.
Hallo Peter When i was planning to purchase a vehicle for the business, i took a few things in consideration, like to purchase the vehicle at a dealership which have a workshop in Onverwacht/Ellisras to ensure that i will have sufficient client satisfaction and if i have a mechanical failure the turn-around time will be shorter. The vehicle have 46,000 km on the odometer and about four weeks ago i started to experience problems with the gearbox and i took it to the dealer in Ellisras for assessment. The dealer confirmed that there was technical problems and that the gearbox have to stripped from the vehicle to be send to Mayfair for warranty claim assessment. The following information is a direct email copy from the lady from Ellisras dealership: "Goeie dag Gerhard Jou voertuig gear box is opgetel deur Time Fright 26/11/2018 Mayfair gear box het ontvangs bevestig 28/11/2018 Mayfair het gestrip en kwoteer waarop ons die ver**** en kwotasie ontvang het 5/12/2018 Hulle moes navraag doen op ‘n part nommer wat die proses vertraag het Op ontavngs van die kwoatsie is die eis onmiddelik na Nissan SA deur gegee Addisionele navraag is deur Waarborg bestuur gedoen oordat daar geen beweging op die eis is nie Tot vandag is daar steeds vir haar geen terugvoering Ons prober om hierdie vir jou so gou moontlik uit te sorteer" It was mentioned to me that it can take up to 2 weeks to get the vehicle fixed, where by i highlighted to them that i need that vehicle operational asap, because it i will lose income in my business if that vehicle is out for along period. My majority clients is at the rural areas, because of their poor quality of water. After today's discussion with the dealer, the lady directed my inquiries to Nissan SA - customer care. With no surprise i am just another REF NR( ********** 9) again. I can't be more adamant about the necessity of this vehicle to the business. Please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been trying to cancel a Debit order since May 2018, its October 2018 now and still the debit order goes off each time.It's been to Solution Experts and whatever each time the debit order goes off the 1st pf a month and each time I speak to the highly qualified people at vodacom to cancel the debit order.Each time the debit order does not go off I need to pay vodacom and the bank charges.I have been send sms from Vodacom to inform me of a cancellation order 1- ********** ********** for my vodacom number ********** 9550 has been completed....IT IS NOT MY FREAKING NUMBER AND ALSO NOT MY REF NUMBER,BUT IT IS ON MY NAME.
Eagerly demand of deposit was wanted by AAPRINTMEDIA, great I deposit what was needed on the 16 of August 2017 (for much needed reward cards as spoken to ANESH)Contacted them on the 1st of Sept, Cancelled my order the first time on the 7th of October (No response)cancelled my order the second time on the 9th October and all of a sudden the design team spoke to me from then on with excuses - hospitals, storms ,wrongful delivery and so on and so forth. Cancelled my order again on the 3 Nov ,spoke to Anesh and other people full of excuses. Anesh assured my deposit will be paid back on the 13 Nov 2017.I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY!!!I have all the proof of communication etc. The client service of AAPRINTMEDIA is up to **********
I would like to complain about the service of game Lephalale and the HP printer I bought at game on the15/08/2017.The printer was took back to game and first repair because it didn't scan correctly and printing was only in black & white no matter what setting it was on(monochrome,colour etc)I have all the evidence and took it along to game.I received the printer back with clear indication that the printer was working correctly.I took the printer back on just a few day after receiving it.IT DID EXACTLY THE SAME. Game told me they will send it a second time. I gave game all the evidence than once again the scanner and printer is not working correctly.Twenty days later I have received my printer back without any POWER CABLES,it was forgotten at the repair shop and I will only receive it in maybe a weeks time.Game doesn't want to exchange the HP Printer ,why -because the technicians said its working fine The Service and game are exceptional pathetic.
<p>I bought and paid for 1000 dispencer caps at PURITECH on the 23/5/2017.When the caps were delivered there was only 800 caps in the box and it was the wrong dispencer cap as well.We phone AVISHA immediatly and told her the caps were in correct and it wasnt the full amount of 1000 caps.She said they will come and deliver the same week the correct caps and the right quantity.It is the 19/06/2017 and nothing has been done on behalf of PURITECH after numerious phone calls to AVISHA</p>
