One of their vehicles drove into my daughter’s car in September 2024 and till today we have not been compensated. My daughter’s life have been severely affected by this as she has now to rely on others for transportation while Polyoak packaging is going with business. Not one call to find out if she has been sorted by their insurance or how they can assist. Really unacceptable as it seems they don’t care about their fellow South Africans.

Polyoak Packaging Aeroton staff do not respond to emails and are extremely hard to get on the phone. I sent an email to both Thato and later escalated to Ed as I was advised but no response from both. When Thato responded to my email, it was an incomplete response which needed clarity, all follow-up emails and calls were not responded to and I could not place an order.

Polyoak Packaging Aeroton staff do not respond to emails and are extremely hard to get on the phone. My name is Thabiso. I would like to commend Polyoak Centurion branch for their stellar service. From the security (Bongani), to the front office staff (El-Marie, Emmie, Ilze, Thabo/Thato who moved to the JHB branch..Apologies if I spelt their names wrong). Speedy response via email to purchase to relevant information to transactions etc etc..Dispatch staff (Jerry, Thabiso, Boycee, lady I forgot her name, other gents too as there are quite a few I couldn't catch their names). All the above rendered a service with a big smile the whole year. Looking forward to 2024 as our supplier again, 3rd year running👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙂🙂

A gentleman by the name of Thato from Aeroton is so undermining and makes it difficult to get anything you want. I called in the morning to enquire on MOQ and place an order. He told me to give him my email and was quiet the whole day until I called again and reminded him. He was annoyed and said he'll send when before he knocks off. Sent him an email 2 weeks later no answer. These guy needs to stay of work if he undermines small business owners and comparing them to other business people. So annoyed and frustrated

Have been in the market for a product to be used in a start-up company. As with all businesses you first do your research and don't just jump in and place an order of 1000's of units. I made contact with this company through their website. After 3 days and no feedback, i decided to call and was put in touch with the Cash Sales Manager. After various emails back and forth, i visited their warehouse and spoke in person with the Cash Sales Manager. Still having queries, i was told that she will find out from their production team and will revert with an answer. Needless to say, no feedback, 2 followup emails being ignored and I'm left taking my business elsewhere. I'll definitely not recommend this company to anybody.

I was just given the most disgusting service ever at your aeroton branch. I walked in and two gentlemen were sitting at their cash points. I walked over to the display to identify the bottle that I wanted then walked back to wait for the next available cashier. I was the only customer on the premises. The one gentleman calls me so I tell him I want the 1L bottle with an orange lid and he instructs me to walk over to the display to identify it and my response was that it's the only bottle with the orange lid. He tells me he couldn't see it cause he hadn't looked up as he is still busy on his computer and I should wait. That is when my frustration began because I asked him to please help me and give me service as I could tell his attention was divided but he was also being authoritative like he was doing me a favour. I told him he shouldn't have asked me to go point out what I wanted if he wasn't ready to help me. And after a shouting match he told his colleague to help me which he did delightfully... After my purchase was made I asked the second gentleman, who gave me great service, how to lodge a complaint and he told me I would have to email him but he saw the whole thing so he will deal with it. I hope this matter gets dealt with because it really seemed to me like that man with a disgraceful attitude was working there for free and not getting paid by polyoak, I would imagine that to be the reason he treats customers like he is doing them a favour. I would rather wait an hour to get helped then to have 2 or 3 guys there who don't want to work and thrive on making people feel like **** when they leave there. We are living in bad times, people would give an arm and a leg to put food on their tables and clothe thier kids. We unemployed people are going through some horrendous times and it is definitely not appreciated to be treated like feces especially when we are paying our hard earned money. To say that your employee is revolting would be an understatement.
