I was at Shoprite Liquor Jabulani Mall. A cashier Thando allowing a security of the shop to just come in front of me asking the Guy " Must I start with you or the customer", Security responsed make mine fast. Then the guy withdrawd his R50. The cashier then tells me my 6 pack cant scan, i should fetch another one. I JUST LEFT BOUGHT AT PICK N PAY. Customer service is everything to me, worse when employees are not bothered. I told him I'll report him. He seemed not bothered. Got his full name Banguthando Tshabalala
I deeply regret ever becoming an iKhokha client. Had I known the level of inconvenience their service would cause, I would have never signed up. It has now taken 15 days just to change my banking details, an unacceptable delay for any entrepreneur trying to run a business. Each email takes around 3 days to receive a response, and when it comes, it feels like you're just a number, not a valued client. The lack of urgency and care is shocking. After this experience, I’ve decided to sell my iKhokha device and move to a service provider that respects and values entrepreneurs. Today was the final straw. I waited 13 minutes on hold to check why my profile update was still incomplete, only to be transferred to another department without any resolution. When I explained that I had already used airtime to wait and asked to be called back, the consultant simply hung up. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. I will never recommend iKhokha to anyone, not in any venture I am part of. To the company: please teach your consultants to treat customers with care and basic respect. Your service has failed me completely. Your fees might be low, but don't care anymore. I will never be disrespected like that
Extremely disappointed with the lady at Maponya store. She wears glasses and couldn't get her name. I told her directly that her service is not good and that she is not welcoming but that really didn't bother her. What happened to customer service? Never setting my foot there again!
I spoke to a lady Brown from homechoice head office from the number 082 204 5524. I requested my number to be removed from their system and she told me she won't because the system doesn't allow her. I requested her to speak to her superior and mentioned there is no one on the floor and I will only need to speak to her. Homechoice consultants need training, respect their roles and respect my rights. I will be escalating this further and I can't be disrespected like that

I will never ever use Takealot ever again. I placed an order on Friday and arranged for it to be delivered Monday. It is now Thursday amd the order has not reached me. The tracking says drivers rescheduled because I canceled appointments to be at home awaiting my order. The drivers make excuses if they don't feel like delivering and reported to client services and they said they are resolving the matter. The tracker bow says they will deliver Friday amd no one is accounting. This was my last time using Takealot. Hope Amazon will do better.
A gentleman by the name of Thato from Aeroton is so undermining and makes it difficult to get anything you want. I called in the morning to enquire on MOQ and place an order. He told me to give him my email and was quiet the whole day until I called again and reminded him. He was annoyed and said he'll send when before he knocks off. Sent him an email 2 weeks later no answer. These guy needs to stay of work if he undermines small business owners and comparing them to other business people. So annoyed and frustrated
I will NEVER EVER use Vodacom and advising people to refrainbfron the network provider. Someone managed to dona sim swap on my phone without my Authorization and the person now has access to my WhatsApp. How does a person access my number without me knowing and when massages come through, customer care with that stupid Toby tell me my number was accessed multiple times and they did not suspect anything. Worse, no human consultant to advise how this happened. The ****mer accessed my contacts and requested money from people and managed to get over R8 000 sent from my number people thinking its me. I AM NOW IN DEBT BECAUSE OF VODACOM. I CURESE THE DAY I USED VODACOM AND I WILL MAKE IT MY DUTY THAT VODACOM DIES A PAINFUL DEATH
Terrible experience from Thato at FNB Maponya branch. I wanted to reopen an account that closed and he assisted me well with that. His attitide is not welcoming and friendly. He was on his phone responding to texts whilist assisting me taking me longer to get my query resolved. He speaks chweing and tells me why did I leave him tell me about a cheque account benefits when I told him I had one with another bank. I wanted my saving reopened because I have a funeral cover with FNB and want the debit run from it. When I enquired on my flex deposit, he mentioned I needed ck documents to look into it. I had the documents and told him so and he found this will take time amd advised I try the app and come back another time to the branch to help me with it. I am even thinking of canecling this new account and the policy I have with FNB. So disappointed
