I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the quality of meat products I have received through the Checkers Sixty60 delivery service and the subsequent deactivation of my account. Over the past few months, I have frequently purchased meat via the app. On several occasions, I have found the meat to be spoiled upon opening it, even when kept properly in the freezer. I have noticed a recurring issue with the freshness of the meat provided, a concern shared by several colleagues and friends who have noted similar issues with the smell of the meat departments at certain branches. While I previously disposed of spoiled meat without filing a claim because I was outside the return window, I recently received another order where the meat smelled off immediately upon delivery. I submitted a claim for this order, as I can no longer accept being charged for inedible products. Following this claim, I discovered that my account has been made inactive, effectively blocking me from using your services. It is unacceptable to penalize a customer for reporting legitimate quality control issues. I request that you investigate the recurring issue with meat freshness and provide a resolution regarding my account status. I also want some kind of voucher or something, you need to make this right. Why can you get away with this
Poor service, did an order online, the product was NOT processed, not delivered. I called in 4 times, to speak to one of you. Lady said someone will come back to me in 48 hours, but you took my money immediately. Please come back to me so that this can be resolved, its not acceptable, your service sucks
Youre service is non existing. After not hearing from you I called in frequently, still no help. Then one of you're ladies (...................) tried to assist me, and said I must sent the settlement letters to her of the other loans, I did all of that no response what so ever,. Its sad that you choose who to give loans to based on you're own perception. I'm also in the client business, and I have to respond within 24 hours.
I pay my account as per the arrangement, then a double transaction went off, and when I called in the person said my account is blocked for FICA. I need to go into the branch, I have done this previously. I cant just go to the bank as there isn't an African Bank on my account, no wonder people dont pay you back because when you deduct the amount twice you don't take responsibility for it.
my contract was coming to an end I then took the special for a rooter with 1TB, for R 399 per month, I then took out a smaller contract for R 150 airtime at R 135, making it R 534 per month. The person I dealt with promised me on the phone and did say the call had been recorded, LEROY SILINDA said his direct number is 082 1959, which is a lie, he said it would not be more than R 534 per month and if It is you can call me directly, well guess what I have called directly, and that is not his direct number, he doesn't have a direct number. So my bill is more than a R 1000. I have called 7 times and no one at Vodacom can resolve this
I had an account with Wonga, In dec I asked Nimble to give me a settlement letter, I did this via your WHATS UP, and via email, and phone calls. I did not receive it, I asked In January again, in February again, and now you have charged me interest. I have still not received a letter from you and am held liable for your interest. I will not be paying your interest as it is lacking from your side.
Canceled ed via email and what's up my account. On the 28th of Dec. Jan full amount went off my account. I what's up. I email and then I call. A sarcastic man said to me well if you called this would have been resolved. Still no refund
Harassment, repeating phone calls, even when I say i don't have money the same conversation goes over and over, absolute harassment
I was in a car accident on the Where my car was completely written off. The guilty party was from Germany, the accident happened on the 08th of March 2019. The driver that caused the accident should have been told by the company to take out insurance for these kinds of accidents weirdly enough that wasn’t done, The car insurance is 1 Car Rental/SIXT rent a car. When I contacted this company I was told and I have it in writing they “will not entertain my claim”. I have a back injury, ankle injury, and knee injury, and you cannot “entertain” my claim. I then went To the road accident fund, but my claim was dismissed after 4 years because the police didn’t make a case, they had just an accident report, although the person who caused he accident was at the police station to get his documentation to claim with 1 Car Rental, The doctor low and behold, said I didn’t need x-rays, I have a back in jury people, and no didn’t need x-rays. So these massive role players didn’t do their job, yet I pay taxes, and I have to suffer the consequences of their actions. At RAF I was told they would get me to Cape Town, from PLETTENBERG bay on their expenses, I asked please tell me a month before the time so that I could request of work, I was told okay and then called a week before the time, and I had to go on a bus and they didn’t have accommodation for me, Now here lies the problem, I know of 3 people, 2 of them were drunk drivers, yes caused accidents yes got very injured, one of them caused the death of another person, and guess what they both got paid out, yes its small town, people tell of their fortunate…. 3rd person got hardly injured, she was taken to Johannesburg on a bus, the bus ticket paid and accommodation and meals paid. Where am I left? Why have I not got money from RAF to pay for my injuries, who can take this on, that is big enough to make a difference in my life and everyone else's life
