I wish I could give 0 stars. I am currently a patient in Steve Biko. I am 9 months pregnant and coloured. The colour of my skin is stopping me from getting any care. They don't provide me with food or water. I've had to get that from the outside. The nurses laugh and talk about me in Tshwana. I haven't been able to shower. I've been here since Saturday. No plans on when I will be taken to the labour ward. I have lodged 3 or 4 complaints with no feedback. I asked to be discharged to go to another hospital and they are refusing.
I resigned from my company. I also got married and submitted my documentation and bank account details. Within the 14 days of Liberty having my claim, they would not, could not and still have not contacted me to advise that my bank account did not match the documentation submitted. I easily could have provided my other proof of banking with my surname on it before it changed. But instead they want to wait until the final date for their due date to release payment to me to advise of the issue. I have sense sent through everything. But still nothing. The person that called me was so rude and could not answer my questions.
Such terrible service from skills academy. I have 3 modules left. Then I am done. I needed time off due to 3 family deaths and no one from skills academy understood. They kept contacting me contacting me when I did make a payment I got a RUDE response of "why did you only pay this much" Uhm, it's my course I'm in control of it and payment has been made as per the amount of the course price. I am so looking forward to being done with this messed up place. I NEVER WANT TO USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!
I have been dealing with a credit card application since the 09/09/2021. Today, I called the call centre as per the banking app and was told to collect my card as all had been done. Today I go into the branch and they have NO RECORD of my details to collect the card or that the application has been approved. It's really just such terrible service. Honestly. It was the worst mistake even applying with African bank.
Went into the branch to apply for a credit card. With all my documents. Called the call centre countless times to confirm the documents are in order. They are getting confused with my documentation and no one is even bothering to call to confirm anything.
<p>Disgusting service from momentum. This is the 2nd time I've called them and told I'm being transferred and the call is terminated. They shouldn't make promises they can't keep. Was told a manager would be in contact with me. Nothing! I just want to know if my money is being paid out or not. Very disappointed in momentum. Even thinking of moving my medical aid. </p>
<p>Phoned momentum 3 times this week for an update on my provident fund. 1st time was told it was being paid out on that day. Today I called twice as no payment was received. I was told that the payment is being authorised this morning and then this afternoon was placed on hold for 5 minutes and the call was terminated after the lady told me I'm not the 1st client who is being paid out today. I mean really? Can the payment just be processed and paid into my account as promised? Before Friday, as I was told it was being paid on tuesday... </p>
<p>Vodacom double debited my account. I called them last week to ask that the money be transfered back into my account. As I was now in a credit with vodacom. They said it would take 4 days. It's been a week. This is now the 6th or 7th time I've had a problem with vodacom in 1 year. Worst service provider ever. Can't wait to be done with them.</p>
<p>I requested a change in my Debit order day from Vodacom but the debit order still went off on the wrong day. I went in to make a payment in the shop which they can not trace now. The amount owed then went off with the new month of August and my line has still not been unlocked. It has been 3 days since the payment was made and there is a delay. I then contacted Vodacom today who tell me that my account is still in arrears and that they can not unlocked the line I am disgusted by the service that I have recevied from Vodacom. And then to be told that if I send through the proof of payment the line will be unlocked and it is still not done. I will terminating my services with Vodacom and will not be referring their service to anyone looking for a new service provider.</p>
