The lack of communication and feedback and total service towards the tax/uif payer is so so bad . The time you have to wait in today's modern era of technology it's totally pathetic. I've been waiting for weeks. No reply to emails or calls it so bad . Another government entity that's totally not on any level, SARS is well run you get feedback and responses from them. But department of labour is so bad and pathetic. I heard of people waiting months in a time when technology is so advanced. Wow it's crazy the lack of communication and feedback. And the wait it's so irritating for a response from them. But yah ... New SA we live in
So where do I even start, what a bad company not just in turn around time but in overall member service the worst I have ever dealt with. I receive a cellphone from them , from day one it's a mess the worst experience ever, no network connection , Bluetooth doesn't work, cannot openore than one app at a time it's like I was back in 2000s with those phones and I bet you they would function better than this piece of **** they sent me. The sales lady foe starters promised me a phone with features that this phone does not even have. Then I spoke to a lady by name if Simone who told me that someone will call me never did I had to follow up everytime. The service is so bad from them I would not recommend blue label connect to even my worst enemy's. I was then promised mind you 15 days ago that someone would collect the piece of **** phone and until today still the same I still have it , no courier at all. I think the CEOs of this company has no clue as to what the staff is doing it's pathetic. I have never been so frustrated by a phone that looses connection all the time . Not to mention apps and Bluetooth it's crazy I have YouTube premium amd with this phone you cannot enjoy endless music you have to go back and press start for next song or it looses signal from thw device to headphones . The phone I am talking about is the Uliphone note 15, people out there please don't even ettempt to buy it it's a piece of ****. Unless this phone is a production mistake on all levels . But what I can say is that so far I think Blue Label Connect takes the cake for the company with the worse service and after market service. And definitely the best when it comes to over promise and under deliver 5 stars hands down. I would not recommend blue label connect to any one , what a waste of my time and energy this is. Service overall bad from this company.
It's been 3 days since I have made qpayment, and yet I am sitting without WiFi. No one calls you no gets back to from Webafrica or vumatel. They will also politely tell you the days you missed is the days you missed , because that day you bought your voucher is from day one, total bad service. I have call twice no answer just waiting for ever on the line while my airtime runs out . 3 days I have missed out on work and very important stuff to do, agents just tell you they are busy working on it , Vuma and Webafrica needs to sort themselves out, this is utter nonsense pleaae. Tomorrow will be day 4 I am without a connection. Again!!!!! This happened to me before , last time I waited so long it was ridiculous.
My service is up to date....called to have debit order run and what they do is disconnect my line 5 days before the time with no communication at all. Activation says 6 June but what happened to rest of my fibre connection. Till the 6th this is a major inconvenience just not the connection issue but you cannot get through to them via telephone or WhatsApp perthectic pathetic service from Vimatel. I am sitting without a connection for 5 days and I cannot get through to them at all. How evens is this good service. This is not the first time I had issues with them. So what do I do now with regards to work and school work projects, unprofessional is all I can day.
What perthectic service from Vumatel. 8 had a payment weeks ago I was supposed to get installation but I am still waiting. The agents just give me one excuse after the other. And when you go onto the WhatsApp app all you get is Willie the bot....saying someone will get back and no one does, and the time schedule that keeps coming up as to when they available. Shocking bad service I must say. I was with Rain and they were far better and reason I changed was for fibre connection , what a mistake trusting Vumatel. The installers told me they would sort out my issue with the conduit within 48 hrs what a load of *******. I am absolutely shattered with the bad service from Vumatel. At this point I want my money back. I would not recommend them 😕. How can one wait 2 to 3 weeks for an installation after payment was made.
I had recently app**** for fibre through Telkom online, it's been almost month now and still no router or installation. It's sad as they don't get back to you as to why I had to go into a walk in shop in the mall to ask what's happening and they said it takes long as it is through a 3rd party company. Why should I the consumer ask questions after there was no fault in application. If there is something outstanding why not contact me via email or telephone and say so. 1st time with Telkom and it's already a massive sad experience. I sent to emails to support and not one reply back. Then why have these platforms ridiculous mahn. Telkom is disappointing. Hence why people go to newer smaller companies like Octotel or hero Tel. It's sad really really sad.
I have been struggling with on going medical condition. I wish to upgrade was denied by Discovery, I need a Neurologist, when I called and wasted my airtime for the Neurologist on Leycare plus list. Anyway my GP needs to refer me to the only 2 that covered by them . The one no longer practice at the destination given and the other contact number are incorrect. This has been my ongoing struggle with this medical aid mahn. I really need a Neurologist and the good ones not covered by Discoevery or they were taken off. I am desperate for assistance fro Neurologist, please any one out there that can help as Discovery can't help me ongoing battle. And now u can only visit 1 GP ridiculous I say. But you ha e to pay large amount of money for bad service from. Me the customer and patient is suffering.
Hi there I have had many issues with Rain....from day one its been horrible. Currently I have no signal it's never over 0.88 download speed and upload at 1.20..not even to say I upgraded from 30mbs to 60mbs to 100mbs and its still horrible. At a 100mbs it should be running without buffering but it's Netflix blurry I cannot connect my dstv explora ultra.. I am so frustrated. I ha e at numerous accounts asked them to change my payments date to 1st but this cannot happen never heard of this a thing. I am totally appalled. I would not recommend them personally
Called them this morning with regards to debit order date. I waited 8 minutes before someone answered and when he did answer the line was so bad he could not hear my query. I just wanted to change my date to 31st for my debit order But problem I have is that when you say I will call you back .....simply call back or send sms or some sort of communication. My query still not resolved since this morning and no follow up call done. Rain please change my debit order to the last day of the month please.
I have had a tumor operation, thereafter radio therapy with Dr. SAUER N1 CITY ONCOLOGY. I have been struggling with Discovery to get MRI done yearly after the treatment. Some Naidoo guy at Discovery keeps regretting me. I think it's states that when you do receive Radio Therapy one should receive a yearly MRI but in my case it Not Not happening. I feel sick and not well and have some of the same symptoms. This is crazy they really don't care all they care about is receiving monthly premium. They are bad and will not recommend them as a medical aid. I would like someone to explain to me why I am not receiving MRI yearly after my treatment. I have to fight with them over everything. It's So So bad.
