Amari Inspectors like breaking the rules
Ah, the Amari ****roaches are back at it—buzzing around doing the bare minimum to improve conditions for actual property owners in Buhrein, while doubling down on fines and, disturbingly, violating personal privacy. I just watched one of their so-called "inspectors" stroll casually onto private property, peering over walls like it’s some kind of game. Last time I checked, trespassing and surveillance without consent isn’t just *********—it’s *******. If their focus was even slightly on community value instead of petty control, we might actually see progress. But like always ,owners are the problems and like always they would literally go out of their way to collect their R165 admin fee. Which also makes no sense under any circumstances, paying money for a notice is borderline theft.

Buh-Rein is nice. Amari is trash
Lovely estate, HORRIBLE management company. Amari, the bane of each and every residents existence in Buh-rein. The only company that will after 10 or 5 or whatever time they deem fit, decide to change the rules on the fly costing all the residents thousands. E.g., deciding placement of aircon units need to change, but never mind people that have been residing for 10 years in properties and now need to move things because Amari decided. Literally 20x worse than the ANC and 50x more useless. If ANYTHING should change in Buh-Rein , its Amari .

Makro and Makro online is trash, use a other service instead.
Makro Online order #7269532. Order was placed on the 1 Aug , 2 Aug I visited our local makro in kraaifontein to see if they could assist with an eta on delivery, FFW to the 6th, send an email, get no response, 7th send email, no response, so phone the call centre to see if I can resolve it, lady tells me they will be in contact, 8th, whole day, nothing, phone call centre again, says it will be escalated , 9th nothing because its a public holiday, 10th package has been packed, yet till today, the 12th no a single shred of communication, no eta on my order, nothing. Just one person after each other , passing the buck. Will 100% NEVER use makro again.

A company so bad they make the ANC seem like a dream
Single most useless company I have ever dealt with. A warning to anyone looking to buy a property. If amari is managing it, look somewhere else. They like bending the rules to fit them. You as an owner have 0 say. And they will invade your privacy to look over your walls to fine you. Place is more concerned with their "rules" than manage the estate. Nevermind the extreme incompetence when it comes to running an estate . Oh and if you go to the offices in Buh rein, goodluck in finding someone who works there. I and multiple owners have walked into the offices on more than one occasion without seeing a single person who works there. 0 / 10

Phenomenal service
Phenomenal service. Is the first 2 words that come to mind. I would like to personally thank 2 incredible ladies. Natasha , for her friendly, understanding and kind demeanor. Natasha, don't ever change, If all real-estate agents had your tack fullness , the world would be a much simpler and better place. Then Charlene , you have really gone above and beyond. Always on top of your game , always keeping me informed and up to date. I will 100% be using your services in the near future when I'm ready for my next property to invest and rent out. One of the , if not best , real estate companies I've ever dealt with. A+ across the board.

Zonefitness Kraaifontein Crooks
Signed up for a contract in 2019, wanted to cancel my contract in 2021 after not using it for a full year in 2020 due to the pandemic. I'm now moving away and when I wanted to cancel they dare to have the audacity to tell me there is a cancellation fee for 9months of R3k. Are you kidding me?! This was NEVER mentioned when I took the contract, nevermind that times have become increasingly tough for consumers. I will advise every single person I know to NEVER make use of their services. What a bunch of criminals. Highly, highly unacceptable.
