I would like urgent help, as once a customer buys a car they don't get urgent assistance as the time they are searching or buying. My partner bought a grand i10 2023 red (pre owned) in color at pinetown gac. She had a flat tyre and then we found out there is no lock nut. She was on the freeway and also unsafe informal settlements... I have called the dealer. I had to now leave work to assist her. Bare in mind she is new driver, new owner, and female. Managed to plug the car and took it to a wheel place to check tyre, but the tyre is damaged on the side so have to replace it. When the guys take out the spare they find a, huge lump on the side of the spare wheel. Now this dealer is just too busy to even help me.. I now have deadlines I'm missing at work because they have no time for me and I can't give a female, new driver to driving around with such a spare tyre. Even worse insurance have a fit on this.. I'm already an hour late and had to drive to the dealer ship to get some help which 20 km + from where we are..i was hoping the manager would be looking into this as I found him in the morning, I was by time while on teams meeting only to find he has not even looked into this matter. I'm starting to regret on the purchase of this vehicle here. It's been 2 days car is not sitting have to pay for Uber rides as tyre is not safe to drive and insurance won't pay. That manager just didn't care in the world. They just want to make a deal and go. I had to pay to get a lock nut that fits that car others wise they have to break all.
From the time I posted my accident seen pictures was on a Saturday Monday, I received correspondence of my advisor, a day later I was issued with approval and I just had to wait for panel beater to make contact which was two days later and car was booked in and rental booked already waiting for me to collect or drop off...my car is back after a week with panel beater
I will never take my car for any service ever or even membership subscription to this place...im sitting a fixing Shocks,fore arm, bushes. control arms which I told Bidvest McCarthy VW Durban about when i had my maintenance plan. but they kept saying they visually check, and if im not happy i must go external at my own cost to have it assessed. which was done and all this was also visually checked as they said they did and i was shown all this externally what should be replaced (hocks,fore arm, bushes. control arms ) but VW failed to see this and being their client for so long. now i have pay for things i mentioned in my service. i will never buy a VW or even do business with this place..im even cancelling this VIP membership that's so useless. i wished i had taken my car back to Barons PMB. They really did excellent job in servicing my car. i was hoping i would get the same in Durban but worse ever. mxim. i would not recommend anyone take their car there. Worse mistake i ever made changing my dealership for service.
Wow finally some who answered and resolved my issue one time I explained to her...she listened and was able to help immediately
Hi support I'm raising this ticket because I have 2 issues 1. I raised this issue and it was apparently solved as the lady assisted me last year and said corrected the number and was going to receive a phone call from account or something to finalize the account, but I'm still waiting ever since. 2. I'm back again I wanna use the facilities but still I see the same problem I had last time, the same number that of the person who opened my account..but I can see my account won't be safe, and I can see at some point I won't be allowed to access my account. 3. I'm still waiting for accounts to call me.
Everyone I need pizza it's seems I have bad luck with debonairs Pizza broad street durban... There is always a mixup So 20th I bought pizza on the app and I included option pay with card o delivery I watched their progress meter and I saw it like 3 minutes later that driver is on his way... I walked down to the entrance of the flat to wait for him so far its 6 minutes in... I get downstairs I wait another 5 minutes to get, to get a call confirming my place... And caller tells me driver already left and it's not even a 1km away from my place.. I waited a good 10 minutes and still no delivery. I checked the app its already asking for delivery rating without even me receiving or even seeing the pizza guy... I send my rating asking how do I rate something I havent experienced? And request a call back as an option on the rating... 15 minutes later the guy arrives and he sees me take a out a card and he then ask if I dont have cash... I asked " what did my order say"? Did it not say come with a speed point? Now he tells me he forgot the speed point and leaves again. Now I have to wait in that cold again for a good 6 minutes this time...and I wonder what took him so long the first? Oh by the way I'm stull waiting for the call 2 days later... Still nothing This is my 3rs experience with them bad service it was last time I bought pizza from any Debonairs ever!!!!!

I called them on the 5 August to query and I was told I went over my my package and o had no limit... then I queried how is that possible when I specifically requested that it must cut off when iv reached my package limit , they told me it was never set, and they said I must pay for it and I requested to have recordings for that conversation, they took my details and the number i used to activate the sim and they would get back to me, i didn't get any call and I called again on the 15 August and this lady (Nosipho Zungu) took my details again and told me same thing but still waiting </p> <p> </p> <p>Call details Sams : ********** ref: ********** 3 ref from Nosipho : ********** 6</p>
