Excellent service!
Fantastic buying experience! I ordered a pair of Solomon Speed Cross 6s this morning at 8am and they were deliverd by 2pm - delivery was FREE. Item was exactly as described and at R 600 less than any of the comparative offers.

Capital 200+ Investment
Do not invest in Discovery Capital 200+ fund! The promise of doubling your investment after 5 years is NOT HONOURED. They are dancing around knotting themselves to avoid paying out what is owed to me. It has taken more than a week and I still haven't managed to resolve them trying to SHORT-CHANGE me.

When will the Discovery card Vitality Points to Discovery Miles benefit become effective? Your website states: The Points to Miles benefit will begin in 2017 which means you will get your first Discovery Miles from the benefit in 2018. To qualify for the Points to Miles Benefit, you need to be on Vitality, have a Discovery Card with an active Miles benefit, and be on a health plan administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd. The benefit is based on your Vitality status, Card spend and applicable health claims level, health plan type, and family size. Members who do not belong to a medical scheme administered by Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd can submit their 2017 health care claims to ********** in 2018 to request their Miles. Limits, terms and conditions apply. It is now March 2018 and no communication is forthcoming.

Item returned and replaced with new order in a heartbeat
Excellent service from Takealot! I ordered the wrong item and used their online return functionality. The wrong item was collected the very next day and my replacement order was delivered at the same time which was a day before expected.
