How is Discovery support to change something as simple as banking details? And their admin support is wild
Just DO Yourself a favour and DO no sign up with these guys. it is that simple. Where other service providers has 24hr technical support they do not even have a technician to come out on a Sunday so now we have not had wifi since yesterday (Saturday) and today is Sunday not even a response to support emails, no answer on their support line. but they are posting marketing messages on their socials for Mothers day.. and left so many clients high and dry in the complex we live in

Hi, Do yourself a favour and spend the extra month for treatments instead of signing up with Moimooi At the Palms in Woodstock. It is a fantastic business model, the staff is lovely but nothing works with poor management all around. It is rather shocking, * I went for a morning wax before mtgs started. The beautician ran late which was not the problem but nobody took initiative to follow up and see how far she is. * my skin burned from the colour treatment and was told later by one of the staff the machine was actually broken. and the fact that I had to slide out from this machine several times as they forgot me there. * The******s are never ready for massages since under the new manager you can wait for anything from 5 to 20 min for somebody to see you so you cant plan your work around it. they do no planning and decide on a the****** as you arrive. *I requested and gave a month's notice on cancellation as I was no longer finding the treatments I needed on their scheduling portal. I was told do I not want to pay for gym If I don't go :-/ how do you compare a gym membership with a treatment facility? the diff is I show up and you don't. I gave enough notice. They are still unlawfully debiting my account causing additional admin months later I can literally go on and on about how unprofessional the space has become Just not worth the hassle
Dear Auto and General. I would literally never consider you ever in future. you seem to have a solid name in your reputation. But my experience with you to lay a 3rd party claim has left a bitter taste in my mouth and s causing me serious stress and anxiety. 1) I sent my support docs to you at least 5 times and was the one constantly following up, Only when I team leader got involved was I told there are further outstanding documents. 2) Once they received all docs I was told it has been approved payment will reflect in 5-7 days... Once again it took me following up to say their client has reversed or stopped paying which was not the case as his bakkie has already been collected and being seen too. so he then followed up and said this is untrue as I am fully covered for 200% etc Investigation is still ongoing while my car central locking system and sensors are no longer working properly I continue to wait (2 months later) do yourself a favour and go with outsurance or discovery never auto and general
This is just a scam of an insurance not sure how they are allowed to operate in SA. with my grandfathers passing i struggle to sleep knowing they took his money for over 18yrs and gave him 6 duplicate policies that are worthless. Shocking business practice. Please warn especially elderly people not to invest with them thinking they are taking care of their family when they are no longer there.
Anybody with assistance to have old telkom Phone lines removed from our property. Not sure which department to call as they send you from pillar to post and it also seem as if external contractors are involved it is a frustrating mess
I am absolutely shocked and appalled by my recent treatment at moimooi (The Palms) After having a booking for 3:30pm arriving only to find their boss has taken the slot. the boss obviously aware of their business model feels it is ok to just walk in and get treatments done regardless of who it inconveniences. When i complained bec the staff actually asked me to bec they also seemingly tired of being in this situation. only to be called and interrogated by the person investigating my complaint like i did something wrong or i am lying. Absolutely shocking and so disappointed actually
