Bought a 2012 landrover discovery 4 from we buy cars silverlakes 2 weeks ago. When we collect the cars papers 8 days ago we noticed a loud turbo noise developing. I consider the sales representative and he lock a claim for the matter. I was told to get a quote from a RMI approved repair workshop and send it trough to them. On the decra report only the front tierod end rubbers need replacement no other damages or repairs need. I immediately took the car to supa quick to change the 2x tierod ends. The specialist showed me the belly plate where only hold into place by 1 bolt where there should have been 8x bolts. I did phone the salesman and told him just to be aware off this. The Quote was just over the 100k to replace turbos and repair the a/c that has also stop working. After numerous calls and emails Chandere no response not even a email to confirm they are working on this matter. In the meantime I’m worrying about further engine damages and the possibility for my wife and kids standing next to the road. My plans was to buy another car and a boat in the future from we buy cars but there service change my mind. Would rather pay more to get a honest deal.

Very poor service. I was diagnosed with blood clots in my lungs in October 2024 and submitted a critical illness after all the paperwork and the doctors i need to pay to get the paperwork the declined my cover. 3 months waiting for a outcome just to tell you declined. After 18 years with fnb im done and will move to a new bank and also a new company for life cover.
2 months im struggling to sort out my critical illness Claim.every day getting a email youre claim are still in reviewing.frustrating to know you have paid every month youre premium on time for 5 years and if something happens it takes forever.
Bad service waiting a month to sort out my gap cover Every time the need the same documents over and over very disappointing need to pay hospital shortfalls etc.
Worst service ever im going to leave them I have lost my car keys and ask for help and there answer you are not cover. I ask my sales representative on the time off joining them and he specifically told me I’m covered. Rude help from them will never refer them.

Worst service ever I when there to purchase a bore hole pump fast to sell you the pumps and told me it would be sufficient for my application.also told me I could call him anytime long story short pump was to big for my application could not work tried to call the guy no answer animals could not get water.i would not recommend this product as there are no after sale support.very disappointed
