How do we get services if we are always going turned away by security guards? Worse we have logging calls via call centre it’s not even helping. We have 3 references that they just keen on closing without coming in to assist, what should we do ?

No electricity for 2 weeks
I'm very disappointed with eskom. We haven't had any electricity since last week meaning its 2 weeks now without electricity. We lodged a query to this day no one came. We went to the offices the security told us the offices are no longer there. What is going to happen now? Meter no 071462756859
