I placed a call on the 12/7/2023 around 15h00 the call was closed due to power outage, yet no one contacted me to do a follow up. I placed another call at 22h00 that night after sitting on the cell phone to get through to the call center for over 45 minutes. I spent the morning of 13/2/2023 trying to get a follow up on my call log, finally got through the call center at around 16h00 and was told that i will be contacted, but she was kind enough to give me the area manager's number of Midrand and was promised by Hamilton someone would be out at 9 am on the 13/7/2023 but he is not answering the follow up calls or whatsapp messages sent by myself, to ask why no one has been out. Power goes off today at 14h00 to 16h30 again and they knock off at 18h00. Service is pathetic and to get through to the call center is ridiculous. One of the numbers has a call back facility but no one has contacted me since. Very disappointing to deal with basic service deliveries in South Africa. So Sad
Best service ever. Staff are Warm, friendly and willing to assist always. Congratulations and keep up the service.
Sadly once again Hifi Corporation is under fire regarding service delivery. I bought a Sansui Bar Fridge end Feb and end Aug, it was not cooling. I called the service department at Woodmead branch and after some minutes to answer the call the gentleman tells me to bring it in for repairs. Fridge was picked from Onderstepoort and taken in 29/9. No feedback whatsoever. On calling a week later I was told that it needed a compressor! 3 weeks later, it was picked up and brought home to find out it was still not cooling. Called and spoke to the service department and manager and I told a called had been placed and I had to wait for a call from the technician, who will come out to see what the problem is. End of day no call or feedback from the company. I was told by the manager I was high priority in the queue and will get attended to once a technician was available😳 as he did have no contact with the technician he could not be more specific. On entering Hifi Corp there is no service, no greeting or smile from the people on the floor, unless you want to buy something then they flock to you or one waits for a salesperson to come assist as I waited over 10 minutes at the service desk. Owners of HiFi Corp, please get involved or you will lose business.
I recently made a booking through travel start and the day before wanted to book my seats but could not find my booking reference. So i called Khulula airlines at Lanseria and asked them to check. The lady on the other end of the line was cold and unhelpful...all she said was she could not help me as the booking was made through travelstart! If the flight was a day before should not the company have details of people travelling with them. Call centers are pathetic for help as this has happened on numerous times with no help from them!!!
I would like to complain about Edgars purchasing, i purchased an item on the 7 Aug and received a statement on the 12 Aug charging me for my purchase with account protection plan and service plan which i have asked on numerous occasions must be cancel. Previously there was a 6 months interest free usage on their accounts. I called to ask them if it could be cancelled as i had planned to pay my account and was told NO if you use the account you pay. My question is, why am i being charged if i purchased after the beginning and not yet the end of the month for statements to be run? This is a load on nonsense!!! Very unhappy customer!!!! I placed the call at 13h00 and only finished with the customer service department at 13:27 and was put on long hold numerous times. Customer service sucks!

<p>My car battery went flat! From the time I placed the call for assistance with Tshepiso Thole I have had very helpful and friendly service from him and other members of the team.
