I send a parcel through on monday morning around 10 was told the package will be picked up @15:00 i was also advised that the package would be delivered in 72hours on the 18/11/2020 i emailed aramex as no confirmation was received yet regarding delivery i received a mail back from caroline that the parcel will be delivered on the 19/11/202 still no delivery i used aramex as i need the parcel to reach my mom before Saturday 21/11/2020 when will this be delivered aramex tracking number DBP46090055082

Im disgusted with the experience im receiving from FNB on the 25th of September 2019 i transfered money from my FNB gold cheque account to my capitec account i forgot to due immediate payment accepted my problem 7days later money still not reflecting in my capitec account phoned FNB spoke to a guy told me it can take up to 14working days to reflect i told him its fine on the 21st of October the money was still not reflecting gave them a call again guy said he will log a query and email me the ref on the 26st of October still no reference or money thats reflecting phone FNB again i get transferred to different departments as no one knows how to assist me when i finally get to speak to someone she says very rudely no query was logged and that she will log one and that it will take 30days when i asked her to speak to her supervisor the call got dropped i phoned again spoke to another lady this lady understood my frustrations and said she will phone me back she just needs to speak to her supervisor as to what is the way forward she phoned me back in about an half an hours time and said she will phone me back the next day im still waiting for someone to phone me went into the springs mall branch and was advised that they can not assist me i have to do it through the call centre my name is getting bad now because that money is part of a loan that i am paying assistance will highly be appreciated
I got the worst service from springs mall pizza hut!!!!! I ordered a triple meat and a bacon avo and feta after almost waiting 10minutes to be served then continued to wait another 45minutes as they forgot to make my other pizza when they finally gave it to me the guy just gave the pizza and started talking to the person next to me when i got home i realized they gave me the wrong pizzas when i took it back said it was not there fault
I came to the fish aways in springs mall at 19:50 i was standing at the desk waiting for assistance while the lady was busy was cash up she then told me at 19:58 she cant help me as they are closing at 20:00 no trading hours or any thing i then saw the manager he then told her to assist me after he left she then told me she will spit in my food i was assisted by a lady she looked a supervisor
