What a bad call centre service. Waiting for the call centre for more then 10min and when I'm finally number 3 they drop the call. All I needed to do is to follow up on my claim. On my app it just says "in progress" I called back and boom I'm back to caller no 17. This is so frustrating.
Cancel a debit order and once again it when off. After confirming the debit order is canceled. Homeloan still taking life insurance after its been canceled since August 2020. No luck with anyone coming back to me regarding this matter
My Vehicle broke down on the 12th Oct 2020. Today is the 30th Oct. Fist day Service received where fantastic. Thereafter the RMI approved repair centre did not received any authorisation. 18 Day's no vehicle. I'm dont know what I need to do?
Suppliers pls be careful of supplying any goods to this company. Don't receive any payment for almost a year now.
My husband receives a sms every month that he's account is handed over and we need to pay. When we contacted Vodacom they checked and send an Settlement letter to indicate that we have nothing outstanding. But still we receive sms and phone calls every month.
There was fraud on one off my numbers at a MTN store. I done everything that was requested to make sure the contract must be stopped. Only to realized I’ve been paying for the contact every month ever since, after numerus attempt to cancel the contract they just want to give me an upgrade (Really) So explain to me this was one of MTN’s stuff ups and I mast still pay a monthly fee of (R85.25). Email after email and all I get is “Mam pls upgrade u do still pay a monthly bill”

I when top the store the next day and told them that the lady scamed them.
