Shocking. The owner took over 200k from me and delivered shocking products. He destroyed my business and his quality was beyond poor. Tony is a **** artist and lazy and careless. Be wary do not use this company the owner is one hell of a conartist
These ****** practically ****** me with their fees but PAID ME BACK AS THEY KNEW THEY STOLE FROM ME, so I shut down all my accounts. Guess what? They sneakily reopened my credit card and now have the audacity to lie, saying they can't close it because of linked accounts like Deezer. What a pathetic excuse. I specifically instructed Cindy to handle this mess a months ago, and thanks to their incompetence, my credit score's now trashed. AVOID THESE ****MERS AT ALL COSTS. They're nothing but ********* *******, reopening accounts without your consent, and then messing up your credit. Claiming anything linked to a credit card is a DEBIT ORDER?!?!?! As if that wasn’t bad enough, now they're trying to pull one over on me with this bogus claim about Deezer and my credit card. Anyone with half a brain knows that closing a credit card makes linked payments bounce. Their thieving ways have cost me a fortune and they persist in their underhanded tactics. And for the record, linking something to a credit card DOESN'T transform it into a debit order! I HAVE EMAIL THREADS WHERE THEY SAY THEY CANT CLOSE THE CREDIT CARD AS ITS LINKED TO A DEEZER DEBIT ORDER!!!
I went into Westpack pets GREYOWL on Saturday to buy some bird seed for my locals. The 1 bird in the cage was in shocking condition. When I asked about it the staff didnt care or bother to even inform management. When I went over to the main store next door and asked to speak to the manager the staff laughed at me for my concern! DISGUSTING! Then I called headoffice and the women didnt care at all. She just wanted to get me off the phone. She said she would get the bird to a vet so did the store manager and call me back today. GUESS WHAT...NO PHONE CALL. My husband went to check on the bird today and was told he wasnt taken to a vet and died this morning! THAT INNOCENT CREATURE SUFFERED TO DEATH UNDER YOUR CARE! I called headoffice and manegement refused to speak to me. So I am here pleding with the public to boycott Westpack Pet stores nation wide for this cruelty and abuse to the animals in their care!
Never have I ever. I have a business account with them where I am not supposed to pay fees for 6 months. They charge me 8.35 or 4.30 for every transaction. The charge me a maintance fee which changes every month from 56 to 207 a month... I mean what the heck! On top of it they allocate you a banker to help you my banker is Kennedy Noha and he sucks! He never replies to emails and every call is answered with he is to busy and he can't promise a resolution as he doesn't have time. With regards to the theft on nedbanks behalf of my account he doesn't seem to care and told me he will resolve it when he can. Are you mad!!! You are *****ing from me! Don't use them FNB is better all round apparently and I will be moving to them
Woow never in my life have I experienced such unethical business practices. Firstly the agent who was showing the house and brokering the lease was left unsupervised and she has no licensed to trade - this was stated to me when I submitted this incident to PPRA. (Brenda Joe - listed on private property at an estate agent but is not licensed) On Tuesday we viewed a property for rental Tuesday evening we submitted papers and paid for credit checks On Thursday we got told we passed the credit check and would be invoiced. (We assumed invoiced for credit checks for audit trails) On Friday Brenda told us that a lady had paid the second portion of the deposit... I called Brenda - she told me 1. She had not submitted any offer to the owner 2. She had every right to invoice a full deposit before a lease agreement was signed it the tenant can just move in, I asked her who they would get keys... Matilda the owner stands by her employees who is not an agent's behaviour and apparently in her 22-23 years of doing this is the way it's done. By the way I called other agency and they all told me to report her for misconduct and ethical behaviour. So this company charges tenants deposits before submitting offers to owners, then continues to show the property and get people to do credit checks to make money. Who pays R38000.00 up front without a lease in place. The owner proceeded to inform me that if we paid in full she would simply refund the other applicant... How can you do this? Mind blowing stuff! As well she refuses to pay a full refund for our credit checks, unless I retract my complaint to the PPRA.. just saying ethical. I think noooot
Antwanette is rude and agressive. Terrible cleaning service and even worse customer care service from the owner. She can't even greet you in person or over text. You are expected as the client to chase her and her team when they fail to preform.
So 2nd bad review in under 2 months guys - I got an email for an increase my life policy with FFW just as the county went into lockdown. I made a scene online about this and 2 employees called me regarding my online comments. They said they would offer me relief if needed - However I said I do not want relief I require no increase to my policy for 2020 under the current economic circumstances. THEY AGREED NOT TO INCREASE MY POLICY AND THAT THEY UNDERSTOOD WHERE I WAS COMING FROM. 1ST May - Increase was debited. This behaviour shows a total lack of consideration regarding their clients and the agreements they make. They wont pay it forward and I will no longer pay them!

Lets start at the beginning. Take A lot sold me Ray Bans that were not actually from a trusted supplier. So they told me they would refund me. When asking to credit my takealot account and having an agent confirm THAT they would credit my Takealot account with the refund. I requested this specifically because I moved banks and closed that credit card. NOW R1600 odd of my money is "missing" due to takealot and they are telling me sorry shame - Not their issue!!! Upon asking Takalot to call the bank and confirm this and give me back my money as it was THEIR fault for putting the money in the wrong account (THAT DOES NOT EXIST) They continue to send me this generic email and have not made any effort to get me back my money or recfiy their wrong.
