I visited Checkers Table Bay Mall and was appalled by the lack of assistance or acknowledgement by the employees. Certainly won’t be shopping at this store again.

FNB have taken to deducting money off my account for card payments that do not belong to me for 2 months in a row. I have disputed this but they need to stop immediately. It amounts to fraud when money is taken from an account without permission and it takes them 4 days to reverse the transaction which is totally unacceptable. If it continues I will close my account.
<p>I paid Moms UIF Assist their fee last May and sent all the required documentation to claim for retirement benefits and have literally been dumped and left to fend for myself. To date I have not had any payments from UIF and Moms UIF assist aren't responding to my emails to them. I probably would have been better off standing in the queue and manually submitting my claims than wasting my money on promised assistance from this concern </p>
<p>I submitted my UIF retirement claim in May this year and have been requested to submit them again twice sincem. To date no payments have received which is totally unacceptable. I have however been sent emailed surveys from them which is a joke considering that their service sucks. If there is a competent person in the department who could offer any assistance I would appreciate it. </p>
<p>What is it with Telkom???? I had to go on Hello Peter a few months ago to have my service disconnected despite having gone into Telkom offices and making numerous phone calls. My complaint was responded to within a day and the line was disconnected BUT am still being billed for Internet usage which I don't have!!!! Will someone please respond to me sort this out. Telkom is the most incompetent bunch I have ever come across. </p>
