to cut a long story short, the vehicle i had purchased had on-going issues. My car was collected each and every time I reported the issue. Eventually I lost faith in the vehicle - the issues never stopped. In good faith, my vehicle was replaced :) The service I received from Leon, Gareth and some other staffers was excellent.
My car was "offline" for about a week. I didn't receive any email/WhatsApp/call or any for of communication about this. I submitted a ticket querying why my car tracker is not working. These guys upsell you at every chance they get. Very annoying.

DSTV package: Compact + Xtra view on debit for R100 discount. (total around 439) I cancel my package and pay the R180 cancellation fee. ONE MONTH LATER I request the same deal, agent says all good and well its been done. Now I'm being billed for "DStv HD PVR Access R198.71" and R-100.00 discount. So apparently you only get discount when you take the PVR add-on, I did everything via chat on DSTV website and there was no mention of this. Right, discount on a product I don't use / want / need AND didn't ask for. It's 2022 - I doubt anybody will be pausing 7de laan. Please help. This is not the products I asked for.
My dstv compact bill totals to R1040 for September. Is this a joke? I'm on debit order and just moved all my funds out my account to avoid being over billed. Please help. *** is going on.

I upgraded my contract to a 2 phone deal. They cancelled the new number upon delivery saying there was "system fault" (could rather apologise instead of white lying). After they take your money they dont care if you're damn number is working or not. Based on your 2.4/10 rating I assume you don't give a **** about customers since your're sa's biggest service provider. Service is 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 to say the least.
I filled in a change of ownership for 3 devices. DSTV somehow neglected to transfer 1 of the 3 listed devices to my name. I stopped using dish for about a year or 2. Upon reconnection, I received THREE calls to ask if I would like to ensure my devices, but not ONE call to ask if im all set up & properly connected. Turns out I wasn't properly connect as I recconnected with 2 views instead of 3. The device not registered on my name was the primary decoder (explorer), thus causing issues with the Xtra view. Main issue here is DSTV ignoring / neglecting / forgetting to register the 3rd device in my name for no apparent reason. I have email thread as proof that I correctly supplied DSTV with ALL THREE device Serial numbers & Smartcard numbers. Am I going to be reimbursed for paying an installer to fix the fault that never existed?? Time has been wasted. Money has been spent. Customer service is useless since the person on the phone holds no authority or knowledge and keeps placing me on hold to "consult my supervisor". Human error is normal, but not when it costs me money. I look forward to some sort of apology.
I've been sent a bill of R1000 for "Early" cancellation of a sim only prepaid data deal. I had the CellC 50gb package. I moved away from webafrica where I had the exact same package to afrihost because they are my preferred ISP only be sent this robbery of an invoice when cancelling. I did not anywhere see this policy. Its prepaid after all so I don't expect cancellation policy's. I don't expect anything to come of this, just letting people know to beware of this scam they call prepaid deals. Also I will never use afrihost again.
