Broken parking app. No support. Did not permit QR code validation at Melrose Arch Virgin gym. The exit boom would not open (had to be opened manually). Parking session still in progress currently, and charging way after exiting Melrose Arch. No help chat response. No telephone support response. Email support address gets rejected by server. So unable to even report this.
I have been trying to activate One Number service on Vodacom Red Business since 10 October 2025. Our business has a number of contract lines. Vodacom unresponsive despite multiple contact attempts. Disgraceful service.
The worst local airline our family have ever had the misfortune to fly. Hoedspruit airport checkin an utter disgrace. Waited for almost an hour in a single line to a single check-in agent, who could not print our boarding passes. Filled them out on photo-copied paper! Rude and impatient agent.
Poor service generally. Rescued by Demi Loddo, who was fantastic.
I have a SA iPhone 15 Pro with Sa Apple Watch ultra 2. I have been trying to activate watch esim cellular with Vodacom one number for days now. Get a “Oops we have a technical error” every time. Have called Vodacom business, with no success either. Very poor Vodacom service!
Poorest online delivery portal I have ever experienced. Was warned, but desperate for delivery during lockdown. App interface is just horrible. Phones not answered, only delayed email communication. Cancelled order not refunded, but credited. Next order debited my credit card fully, without offsetting the in app credit. Be warned of this “service” and do not make the same mistake I did.
