Bought 3 packets beef 1 chicken and 2 smaller packets chicken packets of biltong today, the 18th june 2024, just to get home and and all 3 packets of beef smells sour, called just to be told no refund can be made without a receipt, even if i have proof of payment on my banking app as i paid via card. I wouldve unstood if i paid cash and had no receipt. Wont be buying there again. To drive all the way from mitchells plain to get outdated biltong

Customer service is just *********** they dont care, its like they doing us as customers a favour. Which is not the case, they providing a service which the customer/community pays for just to be treated like we dont need you. Booked a service (pudo) made me drive from locker to locker this was monday ( 13th may 2024) used my petrol my time just in the end almost 2 hours later to say, sorry but the network to the lockers is down please drive to the nearing kiosk to drop off the package. With all the cost involved it amounted to way more than what the pudo cost. And when requesting a refund all i get is sorry you need to make a new booking (like they dont even read your request) just giving generic answers. So ill make sure i get my refund and my cost ive given out and they will pay my lawyers fees.
website is useless, lost so much money with games timing out, and customer service is non existant. all im going to get is a sorry we will try better. but my money is already gone. dont use this website there are better options
