Well to be honest I'm seeing the adverts and wonder if it Is indeed true. 6 months ago I was told that they could reprogram my Yamaha R1 2005 immobilizer with all keys lost. I send the immobilizer and a key that was made here in Port Elizabeth to them. Then I had to send the ECU witch I did. Then I bought key blanks on AliExpress and send them up. Then I was told that they did not have chips in and they have to order it a R480 each. Then again I was told that 1 chip was incorrect and they ordered a proper one. Then the chip was lying in custom's for 2 months again. I requested the chip particulars and surged it and found a supplier in JHB and ordered it. With transport the chip was R 185. Then I shipped it to them. Every time I called I was told that they was close and that my stuff would be Finnish soon and then they would ship it back to me with overnight delivery. I got this promised to me every week since the start of this project but it never happened. After another week passed I decided to drive up to Cape town to see for myself what was the problem just to have a 2 day run around because it is at this guy and then it is at that guy. I inforced that I want it now and to my astonishing discovery that all that was done is the chip on the immobilizer was removed and now is fitted to the pc board with press stick . The chip is still in the bag as I send it there. The keys is still in there bag. The ECU is still in the box as I send it and the key that I sent with the immobilizer is missing. So to be honest. I really would doubted that the promises that they make carry any weigh. This project cost me just over R 3000 including the drive up as they did not return my parts. What a waste.
Well how can I put it? Advertising that they are the best but hey bad service and no knowledge of what they are doing. From wrong prices on shelf's and the sales person giving also the wrong price till saying they have the stock over the phone but on arrival they don't to poor assistance from staff and best of all I had an incident were the owner of cash crusaders at macro port elizabeth was even unhelpful in promises to the customer and attitude. Well I guess this is the better south africa .
What a bunch of incompetent *****s that I delt with ever. First they take money unlawfully out of my account. Then they do not take money out of my account that they should and give me the run around. Then after an few calls and an visit to there baywest shop I was assured that it is sorted. But wait there is more. Last night I got 2 messages stating that my account is put on hold for non collection. When I phoned in I was told hat I was already handed over to the collection agency. The lady told me se is going to sort it out as my account shows the missing amount in credit and the others in arrears. Obviously they are then to incompetent to realize that there is an problem on there side. After an half an hour on the phone I was again insured that it is sorted out. But wait there more. This morning I got an call from the collection agency that Telkom instructed to collect from me. Now how is it possible for South Africa to allow businesses like this to stay in business?
Well Game stores know of RCS's new way of actually fraudulent maths for there payback of the existing contracts. Payments amounts jumped in June with 50% with out notifying nore asking the costomer. It was the costomers duty to phone RCS and there response was just " you will pay that or your account will go in areas and you will have to pay more. Now every one budget fore severing they do as in today's world money is not easy unless you are in parlement. Now they then created there own way to supercharged the poor customers. Game stores allowed it by not stopping this action. They could have cancelled all rights to RCS and then got an other entity to provide this service. Most probably an better one to. But hey why would they if there is something in it for them?

Today I join my wife at sars after we did our tax returns last month. They need to pay back money to her but now they send an letter stating that she is under verification. The sms they send last month sayd that she is not under verification. We are already sitting 2 ouers waiting to be helped. Port Elizabeth branch dous not have parking. No place for people to stand . Stand in the road in line. Service is poor and half the people just do not now wat is going on around them. Incompetent to say the least. Stil do not know what's the story as we did not see anyone yet.
