Poor feedback or no feedback
It's almost 3 mount from day 1 that i app**** for member ship. I understand that any medical cover have to make sure that i give them all information and that they can make sure that i have and get the correct cover But to take 3 mount and still now answer i have to ask and mail every week about THIS You are aware that to go to medical cover aid your waiting time is 3 mount and it takes Bestmed 3 mount and still now answer. I have to make a call and lett me be clear I'm not happy at all about that i have to ask and ask for 3 mount what and when I Will be cover That makes me worry that if im part of this cover how long will bestmed take to sort out problems. I will be fear i Will wait till Friday and if i don't have any answer them PLEAS cancelled my allocation for the reason of poor services and now feedback. Have a good day

This is just a sample of a business not to use at all..THE ACC DEPARTMENTS DON'T HAVE any idea om what is going on..You never ever hear from them and out of nowhere lawyers call and say you own them money..I TELL YOU NOW I WILL GO TO COURT

Never again after 2 time the same problem
I made n booking at 21H20 at 21H57 I received confirmation at 22H15 I try to call the Link Guest house 22H28 there was a major problem with uber and local taxi then I informed the place I suppose slept..Then she just told me it lockup and it's pass 10. Because of that I didn't sleep I hade to stay at the airport..You need to sort out your suppliers and the time frame for international flights gues..I aspect that THYE will me back

NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I USE THEM AGAIN
IM SO DISAPPOINTED..I WHENT FOR THE 2 TIME TO DO MY TEST AFTER I MIS IT WITH 2 PIONT THE FIRST TIME..AND AFTER I WHEN NOW THIS PASST FRIDAY I HADE IS SO DIFFICULT TO DO MY TEST..THE SUPERVISOR AT THE CAPE TOWN CENTER THAT SUPPOSED TO LOOK AT THE CCTV AND THAT HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT WE DO OUR WORK CORRECTLY.WELL LET ME SAY THIS SHE DID NOT..AFTER I TRY TO HET HER ATTENTION TO SAY THAT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY KEYBOARD SHE DID NOT REACT TO ME CALL.2 MIN LATER SHE HADE HER FRIEND'S OVER AND THEY HADE SO N BLESSING MEETING IN RECEPTIONIST THAT I JUST NOT ALBLE TO HEAR ANYTHING..AFTER I TRY TO CALL HER I STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TEST HEAD THE GLASS DOOR AND ASK PLEASE I CAN HEAR ANYTHING..AND I DON'T IT TWO TIME..NO I MIS MY PIONT AGAIN WITH 3 PIONT..AND EVERYTIME I HAVE TO PAY R3200..I DIS SENT A COMPLAINT TO PEARSON NO REPSOND..TRY TO CALL THEY JUST SAY SORRY..NOU I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN R3200..CHRISTIAAN FREDERICK COETZER 0827887059

LOST TOOLS NO REFUNDS
what a disappointmentto make use of Adendorf Port Elizabeth for more than 5 years and had so much problems with the product and keep sending it back most of the machinery that I got from then I don't even sent it back for repair while it's still under warranty It's a jack that I sent to them in 2019 Tull now I did not receive my jack..now (EDWARD) telling me that I can use a jack in a workshop to jack up vehicles it's just for public use..WHAT A STRONT STORIE..They can get my jack for the last 2 years and every time they tall me they will call me back.( I want my tool INVOICE number 69279 can headquarters help to sort out this problem My cell 0827887059
