I joined this gym in louis trichardt being given a 24 months contract package without being told why the package is different.i did ask a lot of questions with regards to terminating and relocationg and not affording..i was told i can just cancel anytime when i want.i came to a point where i have to terminate because i got a job in another province and they do not have branches there.now they refuse to cancel let alone freeze the membership. I was also recruited and convinced to join for my younger sister whom i did explain at that time that she is a full time student only coming for holiday..i was told she can freeze her membership or cancels when she returns to school but now they refuse all that..so i am mow sitting with 2 huge accounts being billed while i am not using for the next 24months..😭😭😭
I got an accident on the 28 march.i am told i can only get a date of 06may to book in the car for repairs.imagine all these entire time i need to wait?these is not what we get told when we pay our instalments monthly and on time.that time i dont even know who is assigned to handle my case let alone contacting them..i am finding this very unacceptable and poor service from such a famous company
I joined the gym 2023 august under a 24months contracti have to terminate the membership because i got a job in another province.little did i know there was a lot of hidden agendas.i was told i can terminate any time i want ,now all of a sudden i must pay 50% of the remaining time.i did ask what happens if i get a job elsewhere,what if i loose my job and cant pay?if they have branches in other provinces?.funny enough the recruiter also convinced me to join also for my younger sister who is a student..now they are refusing to terminate or even freeze her membership.i have read the rules and regulations on their website only to realize i was not given the correct information when i joined.i feel i wouldnt have taken a 12 month contract if the i had the true information. Now worst of all they do not respond to any e-mail that i write to them. This is a night mare i walked into in day light
i bought my car around late October 2020 it came with the tracker already fitted. i noticed after 5days that it wasn't working. i had to drive 170km from where i stay to get a new one re-installed. i expected everything to be fine only to find it stopped working again. when i called mid December i was told it can only be fixed after 11jan 2021.on the 11th the technician came and installed another unit after which he said the system is down i must call again and Lodge another complaint. so basically i have installed 3units in a space of 2months.while i pay a full amount... on top of that if i do not call the company then they won't bother call or make sure if i am sorted. my worst regret ryt now is that it is a contract and there is a cancelation fee which is still high at this point........ i am drained.. please advise
i received a call from a dstv agent last week to do a price lock.,which i accepted only for one of the decoders. since then my channels have been blocked. i have since been calling every day to try and resolve the matter only to be told my issue will be escalated. now its been 5days not watching tv. i even wrote them an email but still all my efforts are in vain. please help me.. or advise how i can deal with this
<p>Greetings</p> <p> </p> <p>I have opened a funeral policy wiht metropolitan through agent M.A Mashiya in december 2015, my expected deduction was 159, to my suprise they debited around R2000, and i asked that the policy be cancelled in february and asked for refund.</p> <p>I have never received my refund and policy document, it was to my surprise through some letter that there is actuaaly fraudulent names under my policy to inflate my premium to that amount. Further more , my policy was re opened without my permission, it was through the call center that i learnt that is through agent Lamola. i dont know this person. More money has been deducted and now i learn that my policies are still active.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agents are not helpful, i have been trying to solve this for 8 months now, and i keep on being sent from pillar to post.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLease help with cancelling these policies and refund me my money, your agents are crooks ruining your brand.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
