I have been with Miway for many years, I have never came across such bad service from a consultant by the name of Botlhale. She moved from sounding like she doesn't know or wasn't sure about what she was talking about by giving out irrelevant and incorrect information. To being impolite and impatient when I kept on correcting her blaming her mistakes on the slow system and her opening the "wrong customer file". She finally rudely transferred me to someone else. She should not be in customer servers, it was a mess. She was talking over me and not even giving me a chance to finish my sentences.
Ayanda was extremely professional, helpful and informative. I do not know why isn't everyone insured with Miway, not only do they offer value for money but excellent speedy service as well. Dankie Ayanda Ngobese
In February 2021 I went Ford Vereeniging to get to buy a service kit for my Ford Eco Sport, after waiting for almost 3 weeks for the kit, I went to the store to cancel because I could not wait any longer with a car that needed to be serviced ASAP. I was told to bring prove of my banking details and a copy of my ID, which I found strange but gave them the paper work they asked for. From then on I called every week for feedback and was told every time that the money will be deposited the following week and that it was taking them weeks because there was a lot of administration involved in order for me to get my money back. In May I received I call from Ford telling me that I need to collect the plugs, unfortunately they where not able to cancel the order in time. 3 MONTHS LATER after I had canceled and asked for a refund!!!. Today I personally went to the Ford and asked for the manager Nadia, who told me that she is still busy filling in forms for my refund. I have never came across such incompetence and carelessness.
Just spoke to Maipfi Razhura from Miway, she was extremely friendly, informative and went an extra mile. Thank you and continue with the excellent service you are providing, Miway is what it is because of employees such as yourself. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
This review is actually for a nedbank employee who went an extra mile to make sure that we have money to bury or grandfather after being sent from pillar to post by nedbank. Thank you to Lerato Mota from nedbank Three Rivers Vereeniging branch for going out of his way to help us when his colleagues including his branch manager where dragging their feet. As for Nedbank bank it's self as an institution it doesn't car about its clients.
I have been on the phone with Vodacom for 50 min being passed from one department to the next. All I want to do is to get a confirmed fraudulent contract cancelled, the cancellation department puts me throw to forensics, the forensics puts throw back to the cancellation, now the cancellations is telling me they can not help me I need to call forensics. It is so much easier for a criminal to illegally get an upgrade your name then for you to cancel that contract after Vodacom has confirmed that fraud took place.
I hired Botle tent and deco to do the deco at my wedding, the wedding was planned to start at 10am and I the bride arrived at the venue at 09:50 only to arrive to the view of my guests standing in the sun waiting for Botle tents and deco to set up for the matrimonial. I had to wait for almost 2hrs in a hot car waiting for them too. Just as I thought that the worst was over, I got into the Hall and there wasn't any star draping done on the ceiling . The ceiling was bare and necked, i paid that company R4500 for a draping that was never done. I called them and they acted like they had no idea what i was talking about, so i decided to go to them personally. the only response i got was that they will investigate. That was almost two months ago
I hired a tent and some other decorative items from Elisebester, not only did the they deliver 3hrs late with no warning what so ever. After being showed a picture of what I was expecting and clearly directed the installers where I wanted it to face. I left the venue before the tent was up because they got to the venue around 6pm the day before the wedding. The agreement was that they where going to deliver the tent at 2pm so I waited all those hrs for them, by the time they got there I had to get home ASAP to prepare for my wedding. To my surprise when I got to the venue on the day of my wedding the tent was facing the wrong direction so we ended up not using it and a couple of the decorative items where not delivered. My heart was and is still is broken that I paid so much money to be disappointed on my wedding day. I called multiple times and sent two emails, I did not receive any apology or even as explanation I was simply told that they where investigating. That was two months ago .
<p>I waited for 2hrs be for being attended to at Nedbank bank, I even went out to get something to eat. Their services is appalling!!!</p>
<p>For the last two months Tracker has been calling and emailing me, asking to pay an oustanding amount I know nothing about, I do not even own a car. After calling them and comunicating with Franchesca explaining to her that I have no record of Tracker is going on about, she apologised and said she will investgate. Even today they are still "investigating" yet they are still calling me every second day asking me to make payment arrangements. This is unprofessional and unacceptable!! </p>
