New contract flaws, and accounts department totally shocking and failure by them to acknowledge all payments plus extra owing to their incompetence of totally ignoring documented bank proof as well as signed contract conditions. I was charged on day of new contract a fee including porting of my cell no from another service provider for new account. Accounts department there afterwards added an extra so called Activation fee. I am totally disgusted dealing with MTN. This is total violation of customer consumer rights. Most recent is again billing amount which is totally wrong even though proof had been sent of billing profile.
I have been trying to register cat since May 2025. I have emailed, response is pathetic as it is not solving my request/ complaint. My email which was registered shows that it is not valid, yet my cell number says already taken. The response on portal is just as useless when replying. which is registered on my dog .
I had amazing service from the consultant. He was patient, explained everything and answered all related questions. Thank you 🙏🏻🌹💥
