Useless experience
What a useless experience , out for delivery for days on end , full of excuses when you call , cant find address etc

AVOID AT ALL COST
They are listed in Sasolburg , came and took my stove , no feedback , now i need to find them in Kemton park to try and get my stove back , communication and client service non existant , have asked so many times to make a plan to get my stove back to sasolburg , no answers , no solutions avoid at all cost

Worst service I've seen EVER
What an utterly bad experience Ordered a 200ah Gel battery. Paid next day After 2 weeks and getting close to no information, the battery was delivered, only to find its 100ah battery and not a 200ah battery as I paid for. Another week gone past, their response is none, I ha e no idea what their plan is, I am greeted with a new excuse everytime I call. I am still awaiting a solution from them??

Can’t complain about the service , because it doesn’t exist. Wanted to try it in Three rivers , what an absolute disappointment. No service , the staff doesn’t even look at you. Stood up and walked next door and bought fish and chips instead of being treated as a ghost.

MAlfunctioning system and misinformation across the board
On the first day of their " Black Friday " sale Itried to purchase an item, first the system did not accept my card, eventually it said that my order was being processed. I was not sure if the purchase was successfull so I phoned online help desk which used my order number to track the purchase and stated that it has gone through and we need to give it time. ( They also stated that on black friday deals, NO EFT was accepted only in store cred it and credit cards) To that the next day I checked again onlhy to find that they are awaiting payment, phoned again to which they said the order was not processed and I needed to order again. upon ordering again I used my Makro credit to purchase , the system kicked me out " due to a technical error" Again I phoned , and was told I am not able to purchase with my makro credit , only eft (contradiction much) . I tried to order AGAIN, and low and behold the item is sold out, this was met by an apologie from the help desk. Tried logging into my profile online, and now I am not even able to log in.

Dans bicycle shop - great experience
What a great experience , bought a new hardtail bicycle , they have all the wxperiwnce and awesome options to choose from , had some factoey issues and they sorted it out free of charge !! Always smiling always willing to help

Worst staff help and order experience
Worst order experience ever at KFC Meyerton , got every single order wrong from the burger to the sprinkle spice , staff not helpfull at all and seems like they are only ther to earn a salary . Very bad to be paying for something and not getting ANYTHING right that was ordered

Phone calls about another Standard bank client
Standard bank accounts keeps on phoning me for someone else's account , This has been going on for months now , I have received more than 15 calls in the last month alone. I have asked numerous times to remove my number from said persons account and still I am receiving phone calls weekly. I am considering pressing charges of harassment if this is not stopped.
