Made an online purchase recently. The shoes I purchased came dirty and I wanted an exchange. I sent an email to info@hydraulicsstores.co.za and also filled an online contact form, it’s been over a week now and have not received no response.
My lease agreement recently came to an end and the agent kept delaying to fetch the keys. Now she is trying to **** me with a fee for cleaning the unit. However I left it spotless clean better than how I found it in fact. Un ethical ways of working. Don’t waste your time working with this *****sters.
Poor service delivery. My order was scheduled to be delivered on the 03.02.2025. I have not received my order till date or any updates and When I call the landline it keeps ringing no one picks up.
I’m lost for words to describe the terrible experience I have had with Sanlam. Been trying to withdraw my pension fund from October 2024 till date I haven’t received my payment. The response I get is that they are busy with 2 pots system ? How pathetic for such a big company to not have sufficient employees to process requests in a timely manner!!!! No responses via email, WhatsApp, and landline no one answers!!! I have never ever experienced such poor service levels !!! At this stage I honestly feel like I’m being ****med ??! Where is my payment ??!!
I settled my account and was charged an extra amount. My account is in a positive credit and I am being told I need to open another contract in order to be credited with my money.
It’s been over 2 months and I haven’t received my pension payout as yet. I received a call last week from Sanlam agent trying to convince me to not withdraw my pension fund, I refused to further invest yet no payment update has been made to this point!!!
I had a contract with MTN and the sales consultant created their own email address. I never received any statements during my contract period, i want to start a new contract I can’t proceed with my profile as i don’t have access to use my email to retrieve my OTP number!!!
Hi, I have requested for my retirement annuity certificate via email its been over 1 week and I still have not received any feedback. when I call the landline no one answers.
Poor online purchase experience. I recently purchase a smart Tv and the remote was faulty, I logged a complain and there hasn’t been any communications on the return process I have to constantly call and query. My remote was collected and no communication was made prior to inform me of the courier service arrangement. I’m was given a number to call to make arrangements for the technician team to come to my residential for a check up and they don’t know of the arrangements made as their is no ticket for the job. Really frustrating and very disappointed with the whole experience thus far!!!!
I have had the worst online shopping experience with russel. Its been 14 days now and i haven't received my delivery !! Looking forward to never buy anything again from Russell. Order no is 900005865
